The owner was very rude. "The person who deals with Uhaul isn't in." I then asked "When I asked when someone would be in?" His reply was "I don't know. " I asked if I could have someone call me he sighed and took my name and number. No one called me back. I called 2 days later and I spoke with an employee who helped me reserve a truck. Dropped off after hours. uhaul.com/share would not allow us to take a photo of the clean trailer and therefore could not complete the drop-off procedure. Also, eventually needed to get out our tire jack to lift the trailer off of our hitch and ball. Wouls have appreciated knowing that at the start of the process.NELSON C.

Had an overcharge after dropping at this location. I don't think it was intentional, I think misinformation from a computer might have been the problem. I dropped the vehicles off after hours. U-Haul corrected the problem and refunded the overcharge!Maureen M.

Improve customer service at this location. We reserved a uhaul online got to the location they had no idea about it. Then asked a older guy at the desk. He was so rude to us! After asking 3 people they called someone in for us to be able to rent one which was good. Overall experience was poor. I didnt feel one bit welcomed in that store and I wont be going back.Amanda K.

The only downfall is they send you a text message to go to some links to take pictures of your license and the U-Haul, but it didn't work I tried over 20 times, had to call the actual company oh, and they didn't even know what was going on.Christine C.

I tried to explain to the man at this location that I wanted to reserve the truck for the following day. He would not listen. He said it would be harder to do it for the following morning. He swiped my card before even telling me how much the total was. Then he puts the return time for 12:00 noon for the following day,(moving day) so I didn't even get 24 hours. What I was originally charged $173 and change for ended up costing me over $300, and that's after replacing the gas I used. I'm not exactly thrilled with uhaul at the moment and have my doubts I will ever use them again. I don't understand how it would have been more difficult to take the truck on my actual moving day, since the truck was already in their yard. I got taken this time, but it won't happen again.heath F.

Broken equipment boogers on seat ashes in cab didn't properly attach trailer to truck twice almost got hit with it twice didn't shovel snow off car dolley younger gentleman didn't stay to show us how to hook up car dolley but an older gentleman did come outside and help us and the paperwork that was given was unreadable it was all blurry called to tell them about the paperwork said not to worry about it the older gentleman was a great help I'd give him a above average rating but a very poor rating for the younger gentlemansteven C.

Put a crank jack on your trailers. Threw out my back lifting to attach it to my vehicle. Renting out as many trailers as you do; I'm certain this is not the first time it has been suggested.BRUCE D.
I had to drive to Milo Maine tom pick up my truck. The lady handling the rental had no idea who I was, or how to log into the system. I left Millinocket at 7:45, did not return until almost noon time. The first truck was damaged, and would not start. A very non professional location!WALTER B.

I ordered online to save time. Still needed to run my credit card and then they couldn't find the keys for. 20 minutes. I wanted a 10 ft but all they had was a 15 ft. Which Used more has. Not happy. Check-in at Saco was fast as usual.Laura B.

The fellows here are pleasant enough. We rented a auto trailer. The young guy that was helping us get trailer hooked up must be a union worker.... Part way through with his job of making sure the trailer was hooked up properly, he disappeared somewhere and left us baking in the sun wondering what next. He did not check the lights, did not check the condition of the trailer and most of all, he did not complete his job of ensuring that Uhauls trailer was attached to the truck. Safety chains way to long. Plug for lights impacted with mud. Condition of trailer not noted. The guy did all the paperwork, there by starting the rental clock and then took off during the actual hookup. My advice people, Do Not Rent Uhaul Equipment From This Location If You Have A Choice.Curtis M.

Dirty truck, check engine light on. No a/c in truck for a 10hr drive. Poor manners and help. They swapped out the truck and car hauler to a crappie one. I got my car on the hauler. Had no info on how to get out of car. With spinal injury had to climb thru car and trunk to drop to ground a foot and a half higher. While the staff just stood chatting with others 50ft away.Nichole J.
The guy was slow as death. While dealing with paperwork, he stopped and answered questions from an employee, and they joked around a little much. I heard too much of their private affairs. As we finally got to checkout, he stopped again to deal with personal business (his vehicle needed a run to a garage, I think)... While this was a hick-ville, out in the boondocks town... I grew up in places like these... I feel they were too laid back and slow. It could of been because I was running on 3hrs of rest... But it annoyed me... I'd give 2 stars for that experience... But I'd give 4 stars for him getting the truck out of the space for me. I appreciated that lil bit of 'extra' he did.Rebecca C.
