Nickolas WI never have a problem with this location. They're always helpful and they don't try to overcharge you out of other places or add things like insurance when you didn't ask for it.

CARMEN FHad a very disappointing experience with the Butler location. The location was not open during normal business hours and I was forced to change my plans to pick it up from Steeles. They did not disappoint but I would like the $50 guarantee I was promised since the first location did not honor my reservation.

FRANK MThe truck was clean, but the truck has loud belt squeal, the gear shifter was very touchy and going up/down hill the transmission wasn't shifting well
CRISTOFORO BThe check engine light came on the truck and it was unable to go past 30 miles per hour. Everyone was very helpful with getting a new truck and road side assistance. Except for the one lady I spoke to in the scheduling office on the 3/14 on the U-Haul customer service line. She was very nasty and unhelpful. She kept asking me what I wanted her to do .. instead of helping me find a solution. There is two ladies in that office and the one lady I spoke to on 3/13 was very nice and helpful. She was very helpful and accommodating. I would really look into that because she will get a bad review everytime.
JABRIELLE ROverall, the experience was great. The representative was amazing. Explained everything with great care and expertise. My only issue was the total mileage. The trip to the drop should be included in the total mileage. I was over by 15 miles because of it. I rented the same truck 3 weeks before for the same trip but just returned to a different location.
Odell JI will never use u haul again. I paid all the extra for the insurance.And I had an issue, and when I used the roadside assistance, they told me they couldn't help me and I needed to call a tow truck. I would highly not recommend u hall.
Jennifer BU-Haul truck was parked too close to one next to it and on ice plus another truck parked right in front of it making getting out very difficult. Inside of truck was mostly clean but found some broken pieces of glass in back. Gas left very low.
KYLE AIt would be better to only offer trucks when they are on the lot. Other than that it was great. :)

ALICE CYour customer service was very courteous & efficient. At this time I cannot specify anything to add to improve unless you guys deliver to the customer instead but I won't be that picky! Just kidding! It was great experience. Thank you!

MARTY OPicked up truck and found some garbage was in the interior. Also truck was missing the sun visor which led to getting blinded half the time I was driving with the sun hitting my eyes. Also window knob was broken off. When reaching my first destination, found truck was not swept out and had dirt on the floor. Had a tight time frame to maintain and had little time to clean up.

Angel RI was disappointed that the 40% rate increase for certain days (gouging) wasn’t clearly explained to me. This is an overall U-Haul policy and not the stores fault but at store level they should understand that this policy may not be an expected norm by customers.
RICHARD GI rented an appliance dolly from the web site when I went to pick it up only a hand truck was available for me.

KARL DEveryone is typically very nice when I go there, however, the day that I picked up the 26-foot truck, the young man who assisted me was very short and a bit rude. When my car was loaded onto the tow dolly, my daughter was not told to put it in neutral, so the tires were screeching as I pulled out of the parking lot. The two who hooked it up just stood and watched. A police officer on the road addressed it. Other employees have been very nice and considerate, including the gentleman whose truck I hit in the parking lot, backing up the next truck that I rented.

LUIS FNothing to do with the location but I booked about two weeks prior and a hand dolly and a bigger vehicle was not available to me. When I arrived the uhaul site was completely down. Luckily the woman who assisted was amazing and helped me with the mileage discount because I was given a smaller vehicle.

RANDOLPH Struck NAIL TOLD THEM IN SIDE WAS TOLD TO CALL 1800 NUMBER CAUSE THET DONT HAVE ANY MORE TRUCKS AVAILABLE AND TAKE IT TO MY HOUSE. THEY REALLY NEED TO LOOKM OVER THESE TRUCKS WHEN THEY ARE RETURN. TRUCK NEED TWO TIRES AND WAS ALL OVER ROAD WHEN DRIVING.

April SIt's ridiculous that the automated system permitted me to schedule a pick up an hour in advance of the location opening. I placed the order after it had closed, so there was no one around to assign the equipment or place the key in the lockbox. I didn't know this until AFTER getting there and the system directed me to call in, where I sat on hold for 20 minutes. Online chat didn't work either. Not the fault of the location staff, who did their best, but sheesh. Frustrating and delayed my day.

aydin tThe vehicle smelled like vomit and there was clearly some vomit on the driver seat. Uhaul did compensate me less than half of my rental cost which is barely acceptable, the smell was horrible. Whoever is in charge of cleaning the vehicles after rentals needs to do better.
VINCENT CThey charged me for two days when we returned it 830am less then 24 hours later. Would not go back again or refer anyone.
