They did not have my reservation as their employee only took my name and number and never reserved it, they had no hand trucks to rent- I bought on was $60, it was nearly $450 for 8 hours- way too expensive and checkout was horribly slow!

I scheduled to rent a moving truck 2 weeks in advance to be picked up at Steele's. However, I got a text the day before my pick up, stating that my truck would be ready the next day, 2 hours later than planned... and further away from my destination. to my understanding, corporate U-haul can move around reservations at their desire, and they take advantage of it. This was unacceptable, as moving is ALWAYS time sensitive and they expected me to delay my plans 2 hours. Moving is stressful as it is, and then add this on top of it and it's a recipe for disaster. I spoke with the man at Steele's who was extremely helpful and was able to work out a solution for me. I am saying that I would recommend Steele's because their customer service is great, but I will NOT be using U-haul in the future unless this issue is fixed.

The truck was so disgusting that I could not sit back to drive comfortable. The seat was full of pet hair and full of mud. I was extremely dissatisfied with the condition of this vehicle..

0 customer service. Man that checked me out never thanked me, didnt answer any of questions or acknowledge I even asked them. When I inquired why the price was higher he rudely said "I heard you tell your friend you wanted an extra day so obviously the price is higher". I think he hates his life.

Horrible service. Will never rent with unual again. Customer service was of no help. I needed more room and try to rent a trailer or get a bigger truck and not Hing was available. Customer service couldn't help me and kept transferring me all the time. I will never rent unual again ever.

This time, when I rented the cargo van, the man asked me if I wanted the insurance, which I had specifically marked 'no' when renting online after my last experience. I declined and sure enough, the computer had automatically added it. Last time I was forced to pay for it. This time, because they caught it on their end and asked me before I signed, I was spared. Thank you!

Uhaul, dont have too much of a selection at different locations. I need to travel additional 20 miles to get a specific vehicle. But averell uhal vehicles are in great running condition....

I have no fault with this store, I do have complaints with U-haul themselves. My order was moved to this store, a good 25 miles one way from my location. I had to pay for 50 miles of pickup and delivery of this vehicle. It was not the type of van I ordered and I was unaccustomed to driving it.
