Shame shame shame .Low mileage dirty disgusting (GMC pickup not even 3k miles)powerful truck and motorcycle trailer reserved the day before .Guess what? No hitch receiver ,they don't rent these things ,you can buy it but can't return it,so I had to go home to bring my own .1.5h later came with my own receiver and took off.I don't recommend this location to rent pickup and trailer .U can rent pickup or trailer not both.Shame

You need a more difinitive way to show the fuel level. The customer has no way to prove the level at which they returned it. While the mileage is digital and, therefore, exact, the fuel is measured simply by a dial guide and subject to human error. It should be digital also or provide a print out of gallons in the tank.

Not sure you can improve. The customer service was excellent. Even the gentleman that hooked the trailer up for me brushed the snow off of the trailer. It might be helpful to have signs directing U-Haul customers to the U-Haul desk in the back of the store.

I was driving 90+ miles through an area I had never been before and it was snowing. Salt was on the windshield and once I turned on the wipers I couldn't see at all, I tried to use the washer fluid but it was completely dry, not a drop left. I was left traveling at night, in bad weather, without being able to see clearly. It was a terrifying trip. I was offered a disount off the 2-day rental, but pointed out that I was standing there returning the truck in under 24 hours so why was it logging as a 2-day rental? He questioned that, but never gave me and answer or the offered discount. It took me hours to get home as I was in the right lane doing 20 mph or less because I could not see through the white salt on the windshield, especially when the oncoming traffic headlights hit it. I always rent from this location as they have reliable, new vehicles, and I have never before had an issue. I was extremely disappointed with this rental and the fact that I wasn't offered anything for my trouble.

The service center was excellent. I had a discrepancy with the mileage since it was improperly handled at the rental pick-up location and they were able to fix the 200 mile error immediately. I will go there for any local rentals or long-distance returns in my future.

There was a problem with the truck. there was a warning on the dash that the Traction control needs servicing. I brought it to there attention, but they did not know what to do. I asked for another truck, but they did not have another available vehicle. They suggested that I try another location or take the vehicle and call for roadside assistance which can take 2-3 hours. I was pressed for time and took the truck. the warning message went away after I drove it for a half hour. I did like uhaul reps suggestion. I felt they were inexperienced and waited a lot of valuable time on me because a\I was on a time schedule.

I was not overly familiar with a truck, and had no issues at all. However, it would have been very good had the Customer Service person had told me how to remove the gears from tow/haul to regular at the time they gave me the keys. Other than that, good experience.

We dropped off the equipment at midnight and the bill wasnt put through till 6pm and charged us a whole day. It was bad enough we were a day or two late with the carrier but to charge us another day wasn't what we expected.

The people working in the steel store where I picked up the trailer were excellent. They were very nice and professional... but the uhaul where I purchased the hitch and had it put on, were unacceptable and unprofessional.

The customer Service Personnel (Stephen) was a Gem.... he helped me out and explained...however i called to query a discrepancy on my bill...i rented a .69 per mile and was charged 89 per day....the young man kept interrupting me and then placed me on hold without my permission...another rep(shane) came on..by this time i was already upset..he wasn't given any information didn't even know what was going on....if you are going to rent from them get stephen he knows how to interact with customers
