TIMOTHY REverything great. This is a small location with limited availability, but it worked fine.
DAVID HI picked up uhaul was on empty, warning light was on fit less than 50 miles left in tank. They told me I had to refurn with quarter tank! That’s ridiculous! Why do I need to put more gas in than what I used?

TAMMY BI ordered 3 dozen blankets and two dollys that were not in truck I had to back and could only fit the blankets not the dolly’s The ruck also has a steering problem it understeers and fades then on occasion will go to the left without moving the steering wheel I made note if this on return it was a fight to drive in the mountains and could lead to an accident

HAROLD HI have rented a trailer from several different locations. I have rented two times from this location. Both times the person either overcharged me or told me she could overcharge me but wouldn't as a 1 time courtesy. I think this location charges people extra fees, at least that's what they were doing with me. I was treated like I did something wrong and should be grateful that she didn't tack on additional charges. All I wanted to do was rent a trailer for a few hours, so the experience was frustrating. I will not rent from this location again.

Joanna BIt is not fair to ask a 70 year old lady to assist in disconnecting trailer from hitch & then manually move it into place. I had driven 6 hours in the rain the day before and was exhausted. Heavenly kept saying girls can do anything a man could do. Also she didn’t secure rubber cap to cover the trailer hitch, so when I washed my car today I lost it. Never had such poor service at a U-Haul.

Lacie STheir yard was very full so the manager maneuvered our truck with the trailer into position for us and was a pro at it . And she was very very nice!!!
FLOYD JThey claim the fuel was at 3/8 when I picked up but it was at 1/8. I returned it with 1/4 tank and I disagreed with the charges at drop-off. Instead of calling me back to settle the charges like they were supposed to they just completed the transaction and charged me for fuel. I have photos to prove that the fuel was lower at pick up than when I dropped off.

Mark RI want to give a shoutout to the manager (Steve?) who called to alert me of road construction and traffuc detour :45 before my anticipated return time. This was helpful and afforded me time to better navigate to his location after a long and exhausting day of moving and driving in bad weather. This attention to detail and personal service is rare today and is vital to return customers. I'll be referring others to this location as opportunity arises
Todd SI connected with Steve and he was a life-saver! He was very helpful and was able to get me the vehicle I needed at the end of the month. I also ended up keeping it longer than I had originally planned and it was not a problem. I would highly recommend Steve.

Jacob AWhat could you do to improve service?!?! Everything! Service was horrible, management was horrible, staff was horrible, can’t blame the new guy, no one trained him. Prices varied from website to phone prices to in person pricing. One of the most unorganized and awful experiences we have ever been though. And if that wasn’t enough, I left my AirPod Pros in the cup holder and when I called the next day to retrieve them, they knew nothing about them. Shocking! Will not go back! Will not recommend! I really hope corporate sees this. But I’m not expecting much.
Jason KPut gas in truck and still got charged for gas . I think truck was not on level ground when checked in . Only went 25 miles and put gas in before I returned it😳

omar aThis location offers only one access/egress, and that's to an extremely busy arterial within a few hundred feet of a traffic light at the intersection of another equally busy arterial. Also, this location's drop-off area is extremely limited in size, so it's necessary to wind thru the curves of a mini-storage lot to drop a trailer in an isolated cranny. Never again at this place.
joe rStaff was very kind and helpful, would certainly rent at the Steptoe location again. Trailer that I rented was clean on the inside, pulled predictably, and was also reasonably easy to back up.

Randy RI returned the truck about 45 minutes past the drop off time with more gas than the required 3/8 tank (returned with 1/2 tank which equates to about an extra $25 in gas). The lady working told me the additional charges were $150, when I asked what that was for she mentioned the extra mileage which I expected - about $85. I asked if the additional amount was "taxes" and she said yes (so she lied). She did not mention to me she was charging me an extra day fee of $40. If your policy is to charge an extra day for being a few minutes late, that's a bad policy. The rental pickup time says 11:33 but I didn't get the keys to the truck until closer to 12:00 because the guy had to get blankets and pull the truck around. So in reality I was about 18 minutes late. If your policy is to charge for that then I won't be recommending Uhaul or using your services again. One additional note on this - the pickup location is a gas station - why the hell am I picking up a truck that is only 3/8 full, fill it up so your customers don't have to make additional stops for gas!! Tell your dealers to be upfront about what they are charging for, don't lie to your customers or you won't have them as customers...

Kevin OIt wod be helpful if the phone agents and rental agents had access kr knew what the best trailer hitch drop was per trailer type. I was told a 2-1/2 drop would be fine for my truck. Not even close I ultimately had to buy an 8 inch drop for the 5x8 inch trailer I rented.
