DAVID HThe truck was very hard to get out and in bad shape. There is a hole on the driver side panel and the parking brake wouldn’t disengage. I had to tie it up to be able to drive the truck.

LISA YCharged me for the insurance even though I didn’t want it. Tire was flat when I picked it up. Neeeded a new valve stem but told me it was okay to drive on just be careful. lol
carrie kAll good. Picked it up moved some stuff and dropped it off. Mobile pickup needs work as we were there for 20 minutes and dealing with phone calls but otherwise just fine.

STEVEN BIt was super easy, not a lot of unnecessary paperwork. I was in and out pretty quick. They hooked it up, explained how to load a car on the dolly, and I was off. Return was very easy. Just dropped it off while they were closed and they checked it in.
MARC HWas to drop off trailer on Easter Sunday, the store was closed both Saturday and Sunday. Was charged for another day. Last time I dropped off in Adrian, they were required to take a picture of the trailer upon return. A little consistency please.

Joshua WEliminate the possibility of snow! The folks at Barron's were great. It was snowing hard when I picked the trailer up and they happily went out into the weather to help me get the trailer on the hitch and ensure a safe connection. I returned the trailer the night before I expected, and they had it all checked in before I got a chance to call the next morning. Friendly service a great experience.

chris bThe truck was a very old one, the location was okay, and the staff was great. Very helpful. The issue was the U-haul app was not working correctly for auto check-in. The Repair Shop had the same issues uploading the id photo. After many tries, 30min, it finally worked.
