The box had not been swept out and was full of drywall debris also the passenger side floor was quite muddy. The truck was clean on the outside and performed fine.Sam J.

They need to insure that there is enough fuel in the vechice before renting it out. I could not Verify the out going miles due to the fuel gauge reading 45.4 miles to empty. When the fuel gauge reads Indicator is reading low feel, you are not able to see the mileage on the vehicle. I was somewhat upset about this, they claim 1/8th. That's was bull, and wrong. I do Appreciate uhaul for giving the extra 100 miles to the end trip. Uhaul always have great trucks and they are always top of the line condition trucks. Your web site is user unfriendly. It t is difficult to navigate around the site. If you want to change information on a previous page You have to give all the information over again. When I had to call U-Haul I waited on hold for a very long time.But the experience with the rental of the trailer was great. Thank you for providing this service to customers.Kathy R.

Barron's did a great job. Had truck ready to go with a full tank of gas..upset with uhaul corp, changed my location pick up the day I was to get truck. Was already in my 3 hour drive so never saw change. Went to Lloyds of Britton for truck and was told it wasn't there. Seems uhaul could have paid these 2 places to make sure truck was in my original destination, or contacted me a day ahead of the pick up dayDAVID CHARLES H.

Be Honest! Unfortunately, I forgot 200.00 cash in the truck when I left the truck at the return location. I immediately called U-Haul to let them know. Called the location the next day and they told me they did not see the money in the truck! My bad for forgetting the money there. Their bad for being dishonest! After the horrible time I had with the Clinton branch of U-Haul I was not sure if I would rent again. It was great doing business with SteveJAMES WADE W.
This was the first time I rented a U-Haul and had zero problems. The equipment was perfect, and the staff at Barron's hooked everything up for me. Also, the on-line check in was a huge time saver.Milton C.
