I won't be using U-haul again, the box truck didn't even have a ramp, I was moving a piano and didn't need a huge 20ft truck so I rented the 10ft assuming all the moving trucks had ramps, well it didn't and it made the job take way longer than it should have. Any other time I've rented trucks and told the company I need another day with the truck they just charge me the 20 or 30 dollar fee for the daily rental, U-Haul is trying to charge me 250$ I already paid 140$ for the truck and mileage and 40$ more in gas, plus I never got my 100$ deposit back from U-Haul when I moved locally last year. I will be using Penske or someone else next time I need to move anything.

Kimberly W.I got a uhaul in Evansville and the time was 1145am I am from Bloomington which would have been 1245pm Bloomington time, yet Steve Martin's was supposed to give me a 48 hour 2 day 1 way 26' truck with 146 miles but yet put down 11am return for Saturday and 1. Didn't tell me. 2 Is less than 48 hours 3. Would not recommend

He greeted me at my car and just let me know that the key for my truck was already in the lock box on the wall. All I had to do was check in online. I completed the online steps 3 times and still never got to the code to get my key out of the lock box. The guy working asked if it was going ok after a few minutes and I said, not really. He took me inside the store and tried to finish my online easy access info, but it didn't work for him either. So he canceled my reservation and started a new one from his computer. And I was driving in less than 5 minutes. Great truck, only had 7400 miles on it.

William A.Original Pickup place scheduled weeks earlier was to be Owensboro. Had to drive miles out of the way to pickup the truck in Evansville. Got some added miles, but not enough. On day leaving on trip, got engine light and had to stop at Owensboro Uhaul for analysis. Gas cap was the problem and was reset. Had gas cap issue through out the trip.
