MARIA JTook too long to get me processed and on my way. The employee there was not able to use the Uhaul system and complained about how slow and out of date it is, Mr. Martin struggled for 30 minutes using the Uhaul system and called Uhaul 3 times to get my in the system. The employee did not know how to hook up the uhaul trailer properly. I had to do it myself. I see this same scenario at other locations of Uhaul. It is obvious the training process for your employees is not good. This does have severe safety implications for customers and other motorist on our highways.

The associates that helped us were so friendly and professional.. the U-Haul rental truck was clean and well maintained. We went looking for a box truck at a couple other places and we’re not happy with the experience elsewhere. We were so fortunate to find this location and they had one in stock and we rented it for a few hours and returned it the same day outstanding organization!!😊

Michael AI go to the location to pick up the u-haul and the front driver side tire was flat ,,, I waited 2hours and 13 mins for roadside assistance to get to me ,,This is ridiculous and I do not recommend to anyone!!
Lois BI am disappointed I was charged an additional $18 for over mileage usage when there were no 10' or 15' trucks available in Springfield Ohio, so I had to go 18 miles to get a truck and back home to then drive right back by it 18 miles to go to my final destination. 36 total miles that I feel was not my issue. Thanks

KEITH SIt’s not the fault of the location, but the app was SO DIFFICULT to use that it took 1.25 hours for us to get our truck after hours! There is a button on the dashboard of the app that says “next steps.” It was pretty much invisible, because both myself and my daughter-in-law tried to figure out how to pick up the truck, but we did not see where it said next steps. Also, you have to take a whole bunch of pictures when you drop it off again, and you have to enter extensive information again and again into the app. I had already paid and specified the driver in the afternoon, but when we needed it in the evening, it wouldn’t let her pick it up. I physically had to be there in person with my app, even though I wasn’t the driver and I had already paid for it. At the end, the app charged me for the dolly, even though I said I hadn’t used it in the app. Their app needs a major revamp. Also, customer service after hours transfer me to concierge service, but the “concierge” service was about a 15 minute wait. I didn’t have this time especially after hours and it put us very very late to bed!
Sheila CProcess was simple and easy. The truck was clean and the online pick up and drop off process was super easy. The property owner even offered help if there were any issues and was kind enough to let us know some information about entering and exiting the property with the truck. Very nice people, I will definitely recommend and use this location again!

Gary GNothing I had a really good experience I have never drove a 15 foot U-Haul but the nice gentleman at U- Haul assured me I was like driving my car and it was very friendly the 2 gentleman that waited on me and my mother not bad prices very kind I will suggest Covert Avenue U-Haul to other friends and family I had a Bad experience at the U- Haul on 1200 Riverside Drive in Evansville Indiana I will never go back Thank you U-Haul for making my 1st U-Haul positive 1
