Original Pickup place scheduled weeks earlier was to be Owensboro. Had to drive miles out of the way to pickup the truck in Evansville. Got some added miles, but not enough. On day leaving on trip, got engine light and had to stop at Owensboro Uhaul for analysis. Gas cap was the problem and was reset. Had gas cap issue through out the trip.ROBERT B.

I needed to keep the truck an extra day due to unforseen circumstances beyond my control. An hour into my next day, the manager calls me wanting to know when I'm bringing the truck back. He was very rude & extremely unprofessional. I finally hung up on him & will never use this location again.AUDREY L.

Only issue we had was the back of uhaul had a very strong pee smell to it and wasn't pleasant! Other than that it was clean and well kept.PATRICK B.
My original reservation was for a different location for pick up, arrived there and nothing, they had to call uhaul to find my reservation was changed to a different location. Arrived at the location truck was there and clean and ready. But.. I had to drive to another location to pick up the furniture dolly, causing long wait from original pick up time to having everything for my rental.TYLER B.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. There was no issue with the location or the equipment but due to a small clerical error I was overcharged for services. The fact that I was overcharged is not the issue. Uhaul quickly admitted to the error. However, it is approaching two weeks since the error in question was discovered and Uhaul has somehow failed to return my money. More than once Uhaul corporate was convinced they had taken care of the issue and I had to take time out of my day to go through the motions and show that I still do not have my money. This is unacceptable. I suggest that Uhaul look at how refunds are handled currently and seriously consider changing this process.Ira H.

Uhaul switched pickup places and it cost me $128 in hotel bill. The notification came while I was flying, so there was no opportunity to change the pick up or the hotel until it was too late. Also, the early pick up is extremely complicated and they wake your contacts up to check and see if you exist.Leslie G.

For some reason the system would not let rent the reserved equipment I originally went to get at another location. I was driving a rented F-250 Superduty 4 door long wheel base unit. The equipment the company finally decided to let me have was 20 miles out of the way, twice, was barely adequate to the task and one critical tie down strap was frayed through approximately one third. It has been easier to just rent a trailer rather than pay taxes, but I have since acquired a new trailer to avoid system problems. The staff at both locations, the original reservation location as well as the second, were very nice and professional. The trailer was a severe disappointment.PAUL M.

Mr. Martin was an excellent help. He was very informative and delivered as promised. However, the condition of the truck as delivered from the central service in downtown Evansville was the pits. I had to clean the interior before I would drive it. I had to clean cola spill off the seats and the cup holder. I had to clean dust and dirt off the dash and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The manager of the central service center in Evansville should be reprimanded for sending out a vehicle in that condition.Paula H.
I had a reservation at your Riverside lactation in Evansville. When I arrived I was informed they did not have dollys. Without the dolly iI could not move considering stairs and such I had to deal with. The ladies at the counter did not care and were rude. Luckily I was able to secure a truck from this location as I had already taken off work and arranged help. Was a frustrating start. Reservations should mean something as people plan around them. Not that the riverside location cared.....NICK A.
