There was no dolly or pads. My location got changed furthur away and I had to drive extra. The guy was rude at the desk.

William VI was overcharged and they wouldn't help me. The moving service they set me up with on there website was terrible. The first people canceled on us at 11:00 at night when our move was in the morning. The second company we got canceled on us as well last minute. The third company came and loaded but did not help us Unload even though we paid. They said they had to get to other clients. Uhaul knew all of this which set us behind in our schedule of returning the truck. I was 15 minutes late returning the truck because of this and they still charged me another day. Didnt even care about what happened to us. Terrible experience. We will never use them again.

david sThe lot is a little tight and Monroe St is a little hard-to-find without a GPS device. But, the team there was able to connect the auto-transport to the 10 footer U-Haul truck okay. Then, later in the dau )after loading our truck, I also helped by driving our small car (Nisson Versa) onto the transport okay and they chained and strapped it down (very tight) so it was snug and a bug in a (or on a) rug. Steve and his supervisor were good to work with.
Keith KFirst UHaul changed my original location which was walking distance to another town about 3 miles away. Then I realized that while I had booked a 20’ truck, the location gave a me a 17 ’ rickety truck with no explanation why this was changed. What should have been a 5-6 hour move took me 12 hours - double the time. The location closes at 8:00 PM. But they were kind enough to allow me to drop off later. Not happy with this shitty experience!
SUSHIL JI was originally sent to Newark to pick up the truck and as I got there I was told they didn’t have a truck for me. I was sent to Garfield to get the truck I called Sunday to the Newark location and was told that they had the truck, no one notified me until I arrived at the Newark location that no truck was available
urbano GI picked up a dirty van, and when I returned it I was charged $25.00 for van cleaning, Smh. Yes, I know for a fact some dirt was left behind in the back from me, but you gave me a dirty van to start with. I rent with U-Haul Passaic all the time this and I always get top rate customer service. I called to request a refund for the charge and the guy gave me the run around.
Christian VThe gentleman that handled my reservation was quite friendly. He explained everything to me and help me scan my license. I will recommend his U haul facility.
