Omar JNo one was there to greet us when we went to pick up the truck. The man apparently was out that day on an emergency so another man took my information over the phone. We had to move a trailer and three garbage cans to get to the truck very inconvenient. The lock on the passenger door was broken. It was a total Inconvenience so disgusted with the whole experience I will NEVER recommend U-Haul in Garfield to anyone
CHRISTINA WExcellent help to get a last minute trailer. Also a huuuuge shoutout to the young lady at the north Bergen location that went above and beyond to assist me in locating a trailer!!!!
