Los empleados que tienen son una real porquería. Son groseros y dan mala información. A parte te comunicas para que te ayuden con cualquier emergencia y ellos te cuelgan y uno queda en medio de preocupacion sin poder hacer nada. Ahora me quieren cobrar un dinero lo cual no se de que son hasta estafadores.
Judomi Oowner of the car repair shop was busy and his assistant was to high to remember we called to say we were in traffic and to confirm our rental he knew nothing about and then was only issues we had about returning it. The 800 number 24 seven customer care and supervisor had no idea what they were talking about. Never will go here again. Stick to work on cars.
Travis DThe person that helped me was great, unfortunately the car dolly had one missing light on the left side and a non-working light on the right side. He was able to replace the left light and asked if I wanted to go to another location to get another dolly. I had already drove 2 hours to get this dolly and had no time to be running around to other locations.
