Knowledge on how to rent the uhaul from the rental location was not known and there were expenses due at the point of return that was NOT EXPLAINED OR MENTIONED at all!
Dustin CWhen I picked up the Uhaul truck it had a check engine light and an oil light on. The truck smoked horribly and we thought it was going to break down. We checked the oil and it was pretty much out. We had to add 4 quarts of oil and spend over $40 to do so. It was an absolute disaster. I am so thankful our move wasn't very far or it would have never made it.

Chad BDidn’t log in when I dropped off the U-Haul and is now trying to charge me for an 11 extra days when I only had the U-Haul for 1 day. Terrible service.
Savannah FNo problem with this drop off location. Dropped off on a Sunday and it was closed. Put key in drop box. Only problem was with the U-Haul app and uhaul.com/share.

Christopher BWe were told we could get there and return to the location in which we was moving to.. well not the case they made us bring it all the way back which was 50 Miles and then when we put gas in it and turned it on the oil light came on! We checked it and no oil had to wait for maintenance road side for forever to come put oil plus to find out it had a leak! We were stranded there forever! This company has wasted so much of my time and money! Will never use Uhaul again

Greg CUpon picking the trailer up I didn’t know it but it smelled like a farm animal had been in there. I returned said trailer before time and date I was told to have it back by (11-14-22 7:30 am) and I got an email that I was late returning it but I returned it 11-13-22 6:30 pm so I’m not sure why it was said I returned it late. The renting staff was nice polite and excellent to deal with, however I probably won’t rent from this location again simply because of the way the unit smelled and the worry that I may charged for an entire unit that I had already returned before time.

The size truck we reserved was not available and the location and time to pick up was not met as well. The people at the pickup location were extremely nice but 50 miles out of my way. This was the fault of the reservations people.

LANCE WI was not satisfied with the fact that I rented a uhaul and received a text saying that a uhaul wasn't available within 50 miles of where I lived. Upon calling the customer service I was told that they would wave the mileage on the uhaul rental of me driving 45 min out the way and having to back track to get back to cullman to load up and then drive to auburn. I told them that u guess I would try to rent a uhaul for next week. I was not given a promo code or discount of any kind to accommodate for this situation. The overall experience after I found another avenue was ok. I just wish a discount would have been offered for the rental I rented.
Corneasha KU-Haul Corporation sucks as a whole. The truck was fine, and the people and locations on both ends were fantastic. However, EVERY SINGLE TIME I rent from U-Haul you change the drop-off location or some part of the agreement without my consent. You expect me to honor a signed contract and yet you refuse to honor it yourselves. This is the third time. I waited on hold to discuss this with your “customer service” department for over thirty-five minutes only to give up and hang up because once again, your company is useless. Just stop making people sign a contract for a turn location that is convenient for them and tell them you will mislead them and change things anyways. What a bunch of lying, misleading, fraudulent misinformation U-Haul puts out. I WILL use another company for the next three trucks I need to rent over the coming months. I will also tell everyone I know on social media exactly how horribly I have been treated by your company. You do not get to change the rules in the middle of the game because it isn’t convenient for you. It is not my problem you have one location with a full lot and one with no trucks. That is YOUR issue to deal with. I told you where I was willing to return it to, and I still got ignored when I spoke with someone on Friday about this. I should have refused, but was not going to get charged any further money by your lazy, crappy company for a change you made to our agreement. Fraud. Sham. You signed a contract with me and then failed to honor it because it was not what worked best for your interests. So improve this- find another customer cause I will not be back.

david sAddress was incorrect on pickup location. Based my mileage off the pickup location on the invoice. There was 9 miles difference in location on the invoice and the actual invoice. Made me go ok ver my mileage and was charged extra. Lasy was rude and basically ty old me to suck it up that I was paying extra

Alvin WI was given the wrong Auto Transport they told me they had a 19 foot transport that could fit my truck the day of the move they had the same one their that they brought me Psy had to hire a transport service to transport my truck my truck to my new location which was 700 miles and it cost me $595 to have my truck transported Uhaul told me they had a transport for but they gave me the wrong one so I was over a half a day late for my move and it cost me a lot more money

wayne tThe location was changed without my content the night before. It was also 35 minutes out of the way and took 30 minutes to get the trailer even though I had done express check out.
Terry AFirst the staff at Stevens were outstanding and super friendly. The auto hauler had 2 flat tires. They called u-haul roadside assistance. We had to wait about 90 minutes for the wrecker service to arrive. I made the reservation at one u-haul, but I had to drive about 39-40 minutes out of the way to get the auto hauler. You need a better way to get equipment to the place people need them at. Again I can't say enough good things about the staff at Stevens but having to drive that far out of if there way, and then wait 90 minutes to fix 2 flat tires was a little much

Billy DI had an issue that required a call to customer service. I was told to ask the person at the drop off location call them because she didn't know the phone number.
Claire PComplicated pick up which took over 3 hours at the this location. I had driven over 5 with it raining off and on & poor visibility. I called Uhaul at least 4 times. I was told do this and do another thing and they would hang up. Regardless they did not tell me until the last conversation that since I picked it up after 7pm instead of 6 pm my rental would not go thru. That is absurd, as when I spoke to the lady at the hardware shop I told her I was driving through rain and storms and would be late. Also, I had told her around 6-615pm and arrived at 710pm. I can not tell you what time the rental finally went through. I do know it was around 2200 pm as the Dolkar General next door closed.
