Didn't log in when I dropped off the U-Haul and is now trying to charge me for an 11 extra days when I only had the U-Haul for 1 day. Terrible service.

No problem with this drop off location. Dropped off on a Sunday and it was closed. Put key in drop box. Only problem was with the U-Haul app and uhaul.com/share.

Shane F.This drop off location was 20 minutes from the city center of where I was hauling my stuff to. I drove by multiple U-Haul locations on the way to getting to the proper drop off location. Please allow drop off locations to be closer to the destination.
