Nobody was there. I learned that I had to go to a grocery store down the street to get the keys and when I got there, nobody had my reservation and the storage owner who had the key was not even in town but an hour away. I tried to call U-Haul and the man who picked up my call literally told me he had no experience in dealing with the issue. Finally got someone to come out to the storage place where the truck was and even then the man doubted that I had a reservation even when I showed him the contract. Worst experience dealing with moving I ever had.

Casey LI had several issues with this truck. The a/c quit blowing on the way to my destination in Wichita Falls. There is air in the brake lines; it was very scary trying to slow down and stop. The inside was very filthy. There were broken pieces on the dash and console. Overall horrible. I am requesting a refund.
LESLIE BThe rental checkout and return procedure was cumbersome and time consuming. The App took forever to process pictures. The key was found in an unlocked lock box on the outside of the building. The equipment was in great shape. The appliance dolly that we had reserved was placed in the wrong truck and we had to search for it, eventually finding it in another truck on the premises.

Gerald LThis is the second time i have gone to drop off point that is not a U-Haul store and it has been hard to talk with anyone and there is very little space to park the Vehicle when we leave it and put the Key in the boy. I like going to the store or at least to aplace where you have someone to talk to.

rex tHave someone at location. Or have U-Haul know about their locked boxes and have access to the code. Have a reliable number to call. It took me over 30 minutes to get someone up there to get me the key.

SAMUEL HThere was no one at the pick-up location to receive the keys for the reservation, and he was not available by phone. I had to wait over an hour and speak to multiple U-haul contacts in order to get in touch with the pick-up contact in order to get the truck.
Briana MThe owner of this location helped me change the drop off to the correct location after the pickup location attendant changed my drop location to a town 20 miles away and would not change to my desired drop off, telling me it would not be a problem. I would have been charged an additional fee without Mr. Stewart's help.
MARK MI'm frustrated with the costs. Example: we moved one month ago from azle, tx. Rented a uhaul same size 26' one way was $230 this round trip was $15 more than the one way. Why are these costs so close to each other. I feel truly ripped off. It used to be less if it was a round trip and more for a one way. Why are the charges of uhaul so extravagant also. Found a baggy of some sort in the glove box not sure what it was as i didnt insoect it by opening it. Not happy about that as my husband has a cdl and if it was a drug substance we could have been in a lot of trouble. Y'all dont clean the trucks any more and yet you charge for the cleanliness of it.

Richard KThis review has nothing to do with the locations. It just has to do with the U-Haul policy in itself. It was totally ridiculous why I was told to go pick up a vehicle when the store was not open and I had a guarantee. I guess we know what you mean by guarantee, not a damn thing. I will definitely use another moving company in all of my adventures

Christie BIt really wasn't the locations fault that I am not pleased. The online system did not work well, and it was a hassle. I had location settings on, and it kept saying I didn't. We were one hour later getting our truck because we had to call a person to come in. He added insurance to my contract, which I was unaware of as my original order did not have this. It was just a bad experience all around.

sammy hHad issues getting the key due to there not being a customer check in area. Was charged more than what my receipt stated it would be charged (this was checked instantly with my bank so not an issue with the return) could not get ahold of uhaul to see why there was a discrepancy.
