I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone due to the fact that they froze my account for 2 weeks. Refused to send proper information to the bank so my account could come unfrozen. Other than that had a nice experience with the gentleman.

Was billed an extra day even though I returned a day early from my contract. Was billed 23 days later. Now I have to spend all morning to figure out why and how to get my money back.

Bobby WNobody was there. I learned that I had to go to a grocery store down the street to get the keys and when I got there, nobody had my reservation and the storage owner who had the key was not even in town but an hour away. I tried to call U-Haul and the man who picked up my call literally told me he had no experience in dealing with the issue. Finally got someone to come out to the storage place where the truck was and even then the man doubted that I had a reservation even when I showed him the contract. Worst experience dealing with moving I ever had.
