I had several issues with this truck. The a/c quit blowing on the way to my destination in Wichita Falls. There is air in the brake lines; it was very scary trying to slow down and stop. The inside was very filthy. There were broken pieces on the dash and console. Overall horrible. I am requesting a refund.
LESLIE BThe rental checkout and return procedure was cumbersome and time consuming. The App took forever to process pictures. The key was found in an unlocked lock box on the outside of the building. The equipment was in great shape. The appliance dolly that we had reserved was placed in the wrong truck and we had to search for it, eventually finding it in another truck on the premises.
