The truck was dirty in and out. I had to clean out the back before i good put anything in it. Very disappointed!! Then they charged my card $50 more then agreed onCurtis K.

I live in Lee's Summit, MO and setup a rental to get from a U-Haul center on 40 Highway. But the day of pick-up it was changed to Oak Grove, about a 40 mile round trip. I eat the gas on that and the time needed for the move. Otherwise, everything else was great.David A.

They did not put a dolly in the truck but still charged me for the dolly I contacted Uhaul the night of pickup via email to say take it off my bill and disputed the bill when I checked it back in and they still billed me for three days on the dolly very poor customer serviceScott H.

Not sure its the locations fault at all. U-Haul Corporate has been a nightmare experience. Had to call movinghelp we paid for directly and schedule, despite accepting payment, u-haul did not schedule the movinghelp. The we got our truck yesterday, rainy day, front drivers side overhead leaked all over our boxes. We then discovered the passenger side dually (outside tire) had a hole in the sidewall. We were so afraid of a blowout we returned the truck early. Now I'm trying to find the best places to do reviews and file complaints against U-haul. Have been able to get ZERO customer service assistance this past week, unanswered chats, emails, phone calls that simply referred me to another number and other number didn't answer. This was my first time renting a truck from Uhaul and it was the altar exp. ever. I did the mobile rental and it took over an hr to figure out how to rent the truck and get the keys web site kept messing up. Then to return it was an absolute joke. After an 15hr in a half of trying to take pics of the truck for Uhaul and the app works not accept the pics I game up kicked the truck and put the key obviously the drop box. Customer service waa horrible. Howeverthey were real quick on collecting my money od $80. I rented a $19.95 truck that I had for 3hrs and drove like 41mi.in and they charged me the $19.95 plus mileage at. 79 a mile. So I paid that then they charged me another $19 and some odd change for gas so they could go fill it I'll after I already pd for the millage . what a joke.and never once did anyone offer any compensation for all the complications that came from renting from them. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN NOR WILL I EVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM.UHAUL IS A COMPLETE JOKE. also they had given me 3 different prices from$30- $80 !!! VERY UPSET OVER THIS!!!Crystal G.
This location was amazing. We had to call U-Haul to have our reservation transferred here because the Uhaul we had a truck reserved at (T&G Automotive, Grain Valley) had our truck inside the garage with us unable to get to it (and they were closed with no emergency number). This was VERY inconvenient as we had people waiting to help us at our home. I do appreciate that someone moved our reservation to Oak Grove because they were so helpful at this UHaul location. I would ask that you remove the "pending" charge on my credit card because we've paid STG from our debit card.Randall S.

I got the truck home pulled out ramp and it was covered in mud. The inside of box had muddy footprints, grass, and hay all over. I had to take to car wash and hose out. Then dry with towels so my belongings would not be muddy. I called the gentleman and he said I would get a discount. I didn't end up with a discount. It just goes along with customer service I had when I called your national hotline trying to reserve the truck. I have never had such a terrible experience with u haul.Tim R.
