How U-Haul Reviews WorkHave the owner of the company saying they are putting a hold on the amount when u pick it up and then double charge you when returning the truck.
Anita IThe customer service was top tier and the truck was very clean!
Franita JVery rude. Said good morning and got a smug “what can I do for you”. Asked which truck was ours and told “the only one the key works in”. As if I’m supposed to go give them all a shot. Picked up with a quarter tank of gas.
Brent TThey are great. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a truck for moving.
