Tim LI was charged an extra 127.00 for going over a day and gas.. I returned the truck under 24 hours as discussed and I filled up the gas. But I was still penalized.

Had to go a distance out of the way to get the auto transport then, go through a whole questionnaire at the location as if I was a new customer or she wasn't comfortable with renting to me without a co-signer. Gave me the side eye treatment. Was told something different about pricing when returning early then what the rep who called me to change the pickup location.

Regina LThe parking spaces are a bit narrow. I had to struggle to get into the truck I rented because the door was obstructed by the trailer sitting next to it. When you park them for pickup .. perhaps back them in. That would have made getting into the cab far easier.

Caress FYou need to change the hitch on the 6x12 trailer. The hitch sucks and trailers of that size need a jack. Dumbest shit I’ve ever seen not having a jack on a trailer

Didnt get what I paid for because I was called and told to bring it back before my time was up. Not happy.
