KYLE HThe U-Haul truck itself was fine and the price was good. However, the asking us to transport a trailer to Columbia for them and shifting of locations to a store that was not open on our date as well as asking us to return to St. Louis rather than originally agreed upon Columbia was not.
Tim LI was charged an extra 127.00 for going over a day and gas.. I returned the truck under 24 hours as discussed and I filled up the gas. But I was still penalized.
