Location is not set up for the 24/7 uhaul feature. Gas station Clerk was helpful but he was limited to what he could do from his end. Uhaul has to work out some kinks with communication

They weren't interested in asking any questions at drop off, then charged us for gas we already put in the truck! This location is of riff-raff and loitering.

It was a gas station, with one man working. He was busy, so it took a while to correct the mistakes on the contract, and I had to park and unhitch the trailer myself. But the location was very convenient to me.

No one was there to check in my truck, therefore I got a phone call asking why my truck hadn’t been returned. I was forced to return to a location that caused me to obtain more mileage then charged for said mileage instead of the location that was literally around the corner from my address. The truck was filled with gas upon return but then was marked that I only met the minimum requirement which was also false. I will warn others to stay away from this location for drop off.

The pick up location never asked me for my AAA and the equipment was very dirty inside. I had to clean the entire inside of the trailer.

Super convenient for me. Wish someone mentioned the on-line return option. I read it later, and easy to follow once I realized it was an option. Citgo attendant was a little vague - just leave it - it will be ok.

There wasn't a representative at this location when I returned the auto transport. The clerk had no idea how to accept the return. I had to call what I assume was the owner to inform him of the return. No one checked the equipment for condition. I took pictures to confirm the return and condition

Clerk acted like he didn’t care that I had returned auto transport, nor did he bother to check the number on it. My brother returned his moving van there as well and again we had problems, they didn’t care, didn’t want to return his cash deposit, as he had paid in cash. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

When picking up truck didn't reserve and gentleman that helped was polite. As I entered truck it smelled really bad of urine which I complained about then bringing back truck there was an older gentleman in store said that owner has to check truck in and they wouldn't do it until Monday and I rented on a Saturday I made sure that he checked the truck and mileage and signed off on my paperwork which I was charged an extra 10 miles for so I called store and was informed that the only one who I can talk to is owner and he's only available from 6am till 10am not happy with this location and service

On the return trip, the engine light appeared on truck.

Very unsatisfied with this experience! I had reserved the truck at U-Haul Storage at Greensboro Coliseum 1560 W Gate City Blvd Greensboro, NC 27403. However, I was contacted by U-Haul and informed that the truck was in Stoney Creek Citgo 6305 Burlington Rd Whitsett, NC 27377 and if this was not acceptable call (336) 447-7543. Which I did. I told the person over the phone that it was not acceptable to have the truck in that location as I needed it in Greensboro NC. I was assured that the truck WOULD BE IN GREENSBORO! Upon visiting the Greensboro location, I learned that it was not. Instead it was all the way in Whitsett, NC. 20 MINUTES AWAY! THAT'S 40 MINUTES BEFORE I COULD START LOADING THE TRUCK! HOW IS THIS CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE? This is the second poor experience I have had with U-Haul and it shall be the last. As a believer in the Free Market System I have told seven of my friends and colleagues about my experience and encouraged them to share it with others, and the next time I am in need of a moving truck, I will go with Penske.

Would not go out and inspect truck. Did not let me know if I owed any fees or money. Said he would bill me later if I owed anything. This is not acceptable and I will dispute any extra charges.

The staff on-duty, at the time of the return of the vehicle, was not very knowledgeable about what to due when the vehicle was returned. By not being an exclusive U-Haul facility, there were more than average in weight time.

People are nice enough. But the truck I rented had fecal matter left in the truck and was not cleaned. Spent my first two hours with the truck cleaning and scrubbing the bay. And unless your trucks get less than 4 miles a gallon. I put 10 gallons of gas in the truck at the gas station I dropped and picked up from. And only went 40 miles. Bill was for 4 more gallons at drop off.

THE INSIDE OF THE TRUCK WAS DISGUSTING!!! EMPTY SODA BOTTLES LEFT IN THE TRUCK, MAGAZINES, TRASH. BEFORE WE COULD EVEN START TO LOAD OUR STUFF WE HAD TO CLEAN IT OUT. TRASH BAG WAS FULL AND YES I DID TAKE A PICTURE OF IT. IT WAS DISGUSTING! WE SHOULD NOT OF HAD TO DO THAT!

Gentleman working there was too busy talking to someone in the store to notice the line ,,after waiting 10 minutes I was told very rudely to move the hitch to another spot because he park his truck where I assume the uhaul was suppose to go had he been more attentive to his work he could have help me when I first walked in instead of holding conversations just very rude and lazy unprofessional never go to this location
