The location was fine but U-Haul itself SUCKS. U-haul didn’t make sure the dolly was available, didn’t accommodate me so that I could get one and also charged me for it. I called about the charge and was still charged.

Many of the locations are closed and offer no assurance or customer service when needed. The mobile app is okay but often doesn’t work well and is very time consuming.

Alicia RI was charged for insurance I did not ask for. When returning the uhaul I was charged more then I was told and when I left we were told everything was paid for and we were good to go. Now I get a bill that I owe 103 dollars. This is poor customer service and poor communication and I do not fell I owe anything more then what we paid for. Further more. I rented a dolly for 7.00 but they did not have one they only had the appliance dolly. So I paid the 10.00 for it. But could not use it cause the Uhaul I got did not have a ramp. So that was a waste of money there as well. I will not be using this location ever again. And if I am forced to pay more. I will not be using uhaul again. I worked in the moving business and I will not be recommending uhaul to anyone
