Alan BThe truck provided had damage to driver side door. It was not communicated and we didn't notice anything until we had it packed and were on the highway. The damage was substantial enough that it sounded as though the window was down the entire 900 miles. Additionally, it rained for a few hours of the trip and the rain came into the cab completely soaking me as the driver. I filed a formal complaint on 8/26/2024 (reference ID 4946621). I received a call back on 8/29/2024 but there was no resolution. I will be disputing the charge as the trip was dangerous and the truck should not have been in service.
TODD BIt was ok, but the mgr wasnt there when we arrived. One of the workers had to call him and then he came back about 15 minutes later. Very nice, but waiting for a Uhaul was weird
Sherry KWould suggest you sweep the floor of the rental. It was filthy when we picked it up. Also check the tire pressure. 65 pounds of pressure is required and the tires had 20 in one tire and 30 in the other. Unit was not clean. Also, the unit leaked causing damage to the contents we transported from Arizona to Ohio. Suggest some maintenance would be in order.
dave vThe running lights on the trailer didn’t work. We had planned to leave at 6AM, but due to the faulty lights or lack there of, we had to delay leaving until daylight, at 7:30AM, we were not happy!!!! That also caused the fuse to blow on the pickup, couldn’t use cruise control or the knock sensor…..AGAIN, not happy. The guy at the drop off point replaced the fuse on the trailer.

James LUHaul lost my reservation for my storage unit and the only one available was 15 minutes away. I ended up spending more in gas. I was not happy.
