I had a reservation set for 4pm and once there the store clerk stated to me the manager was the only one who had access to my reservation and he’s left for the day smh so after me explaining I had a reservation set he called the store manager only for him to tell me I’d have to cancel and try paying online so I can digitally get my key so I had tried canceling and wouldn’t allow me to pay except for at the location of the uhaul so after another 30mins of me stating I would contact uhaul corporate regarding this inconvenience the store clerk again called the manager and after basically 15 more minutes of trying to understand what the manager was saying on the phone I was able to retrieve the key but I feel it was definitely a inconvenience to me being I wasn’t told the only person with access to my reservation had left for the day when I arrived at the time, I would definitely refer a friend to find another you know is for sure location or just a regular uhaul store….i was on a time limit trying to get a washer and dryer for my new place and due to me being behind the time I stated I’ll be there thinking and assuming my uhaul reservation would be a cake walk considering I did all pre-paperwork on line regarding my photo id info to cut the time down and still was inconvenienced and lost out on a unbeatable deal I had for the washer and dryer so basically I wasted money for a truck and was unable to get what I booked the truck for. On a scale from 1-10, I’d give this reservation a -1 it was definitely the worst one yet.
TERRIS LThe rental location Phone number is not correct. U-Haul was unable to make telephone contact with them either. I reserved a dolly and 6 moving mats. The rental location did not have either item(s).
FRANCIS EDid not have furniture pads or dolly. They did not tell us before our arrival despite it being on our reservation. We had to call UHaul and drive across town to pick them up, which cost us time.
Kaitlin MAll fine but it took a little over 1hour to rent a trailer. I had appointment to pick up a Refrigerator that I had to reschedule and almost had to pay for an extra day. It shouldn’t take that long to rent a trailer.
RENE VOwener / operator unaware of me adding driver even though I had made the request on line through the U-Haul app The entire transaction was over the phone as owner/operator not present. Even though I had requested pads that location does not Cary them.
Ross AThere is absolutely no signage to explain to customers that they are supposed to go inside the gas station to complete the transaction. The reservation information was poor and incomplete and unclear. It was very confusing and upsetting to be told that we had broken rules that were never explained anywhere.
Kelly WMy pickup location changed to this random gas station after I originally booked my pickup at a U-Haul location that was the same location where I had a storage unit on-site for storing my stuff. My location changed without any notification to me nor did anyone reach out the day prior to my pickup. The new pickup location did not have my moving blankets and moving dollys that i reserved with my truck. My reservation was also $200 more expensive than my original price when I booked. The employee shrugged and said I would have to call U-Haul and figure out why the price changed. I never did get my moving blankets or dollys.
RYAN Pthe person at the pickup locatrion had no clue how to get me a truck was extremely rude. Ther location had illegal gambling machines inside and was just super sketchy. I had to call customer service because the local place would not help me.
JESSE JReservations for pick up was at 7:30 AM wasn’t able to pick up truck and keys until 8:30 AM. Very inconvenient.
Gloria JI was sent to three locations the last location, which is the third, and it was inside of a gas station. The guy didn’t know how to complete the reservation instead of him telling us that he didn’t know how to do it or wasn’t trained all the way I was there for an over an hour and a half so I will not be recommending this Uhaul to anyone
