My pickup location changed to this random gas station after I originally booked my pickup at a U-Haul location that was the same location where I had a storage unit on-site for storing my stuff. My location changed without any notification to me nor did anyone reach out the day prior to my pickup. The new pickup location did not have my moving blankets and moving dollys that i reserved with my truck. My reservation was also $200 more expensive than my original price when I booked. The employee shrugged and said I would have to call U-Haul and figure out why the price changed. I never did get my moving blankets or dollys.

the person at the pickup locatrion had no clue how to get me a truck was extremely rude. Ther location had illegal gambling machines inside and was just super sketchy. I had to call customer service because the local place would not help me.

The guy didn’t know how to complete the reservation instead of him telling us that he didn’t know how to do it or wasn’t trained all the way I was there for an over an hour and a half so I will not be recommending this Uhaul to anyone
