We were well pleased with the 6x12 covered trailer. It held everything we needed to move and we did not have any problems with it.

Wade DThis is on you again Uhaul. I had previously had good experience with your brand and not anymore. It isn’t the fault of anyone but corporate management of the Uhaul brand. Leaking truck nearly ruined my furniture. The drop off location was just randomly changed from the one I had requested. The location was very inconvenient since I saw other places much closer to me on the way there. I guess uhaul is not going to be my choice next time.
Cathryn WI dropped the trailer off on Wednesday, July 12 at 2:45 pm. Didn't receive any type of receipt or acknowledgement of dropping the trailer off. I called uhaul, spoke to Melissa, who notated that I had dropper the trailer off on Wednesday, July 12. Then, on Friday, July 14th I received a text from uhail stating my trailer drop was late and I needed to pay more money. I then called uhaul AGAIN. I spoke with Maria around noonish. She had the hardest time getting anyone at uhaul or the drop location to answer their phones. I finally JUST NOW, 11 pm Friday night, have received a receipt. And the drop off date is WRONG. It states I dropped it off on Friday....late. no fees were charged....but ....now I look incompetent. Not happy!
TANA SVery confusing where to drop the truck off.. No signage to say it was U Haul AT ALL.. One old truck was sitting there. But at the very back of the store almost to the hotel behind it. Have to go into a filthy stinky gas station store to do anything. The Person, a foreigner didn't speak hardly English. Was NOT helpful. Maybe if I would have been from the sand box across the big pond I would have gotten better service. Person said he would take care of the paperwork through email to U Haul, at least that is what I think I heard him say. I was very leery about it getting done on time so I would not be charged another day, especially without any receipt saying I dropped it off. . I was told by the lady where I picked it up from if we brought it back early we could get a day refund. This person said no. Even if we brought it back a day early. We are charged for 3 days whether we use the 3 days or not. I call BS. Paperwork was done the next day. We did not get charged for another day. I would stay far away from this store in Aiken SC On Edgefield Hwy right off the #18 exit at the Shell gas station next to a Waffle House. They really should NOT be associated with U Haul at all...
Michelle HThe location did not have the equipment I signed for online. There needs to be inventory taken of individual locations so people are not renting equipment that does not exist at a certain location. I was charged for the use of a furniture dolly and appliance dolly and I only had a regular dolly from this location. This location only has 1 dozen furniture covers and you can rent up to 8 dozen online. The service manager of the location was embarrassed and frustrated when I asked for equipment he did nor have. Uhual as a company should and could do better with the inventory of the locations from their online website.
Zackary FIt took almost an hour to sign out the vehicle because no one there that could do it even though the website had my account information. Also the vehicle was dirty and only had 5/8 of a tank of fuel.

Charles SHe couldn't help me. It's a convenient store and he was the only person working. Left the truck not knowing what the final charges would be because he was busy manning the convenience store. Ended up with extra miles somehow.

shaun wNeeded a 10’ truck to clean out the attic and an old storage shed. This was the only place that had one for the days I needed it. The truck interior was clean, exterior was very dirty, several areas on the truck had very noticeable damage, and then something was wrong with the gas tank that caused the pump at 3 different gas stations to shut off after 5-10 cents were dispensed. I made a note of this when dropping the vehicle off, yet was still charged over $30 for not bringing it back with a full tank, even though it was less than half when I picked it up.
