I am 73. That hitch is heavy to lift off once disconnected. The employee at the store wouldn’t help me. A young man customer came in to buy items. I offered to pay for his stuff to help me. He did. You owe me 5.59 cents.

Had to wait 35 minutes for the owner to show up because the store staff didn't know how to process the rental. Not a very organized operation.
