It’s not a physical branch and there is no help onsite. The pickup location is also a cramped gas station parking lot.

Keith HGas station was sketchy and I had to park my car along a cinderblock fence that had human shit on it. Didn't feel comfortable leaving my car in the area and was nearly sure it was going to get stolen or broken into while I was using the truck. Truck had small items still inside from previous renters and was missing both dollys that I had reserved-- the cab was disgusting as well with false eyelashes and some sort of goo inside of the cup holders. 0/10 experience
MOLLY FAbsolutely rediculous the process to check out a truck. Nowhere when I made reservation did it say it was pick up only and there would be no human interaction. The woman in the Circle K was friendly, but knew nothing about the trucks. In addition, the keys were hard to het out of box, the lock was barely open and very difficult. This is a bad process for a pick up and drop off with no interaction. Very unfortunate, this might have pushed me to not use U-Haul.
Steve GThe clerks at store could be more helpful instead of trying to service their customers. The box with keys is to high for short people. Im 5’1 and had to struggle to enter code on the lock. Which was hard bear the locks are so close to the wall it makes it hard to enter code on the lock combination.

Cherise TGive more information on how to pick on such locations. I had no idea about the app and how to get the keys and took me over an hour to figure it out making calls. After all went OK
MARY NTony was outstanding!! But reserving from a satellite location is a horrible experience. I will never do this again..
Norman LWe were asked to change our drop off location and were told we would be given a partial refund since this location was much further than our original drop off location. We agreed, but were never provided with any sort of refund. After driving 13 hours, it would’ve been nice to just return the uhaul to our original drop off location right down the street instead of having to drive even further and not receiving the compensation we had been promised.
