Where to begin. Probably inform customers it’s a gas station no parking and you need an app prior to arriving. Make the key in the lock box associated with the proper vehicle. Don’t have homeless people living 2 feet away from the truck with vomit all over the ground. And have a parking spot you can put the vehicle back into easily. Awful experience and will never do again.

The employee needs to check the mileage when returned. We estimated 10 miles and only drove 3 miles. We were charges for all 10 miles because the mileage wasn’t verified when we returned.
Michelle GI found a vape in the van. Parking at this location was also less than ideal. I had to bring in the sideview mirrors to fit in the spot.
