The people at this location were very helpful and so kind! It seems though, that the truck I rented needed an overhaul or just get replaced. I've used this location many times over the years, and I'm never disappointed with their customer service.

It was no fault of this location; however, the Tennessee regional center moved my preferred location to another location that was not open on Sunday and did not have the equipment. Then later notified me of the issue and I ended up picking up the trailer and pulling it empty for 60% of my trip. If that's the efficiency to be expected from U-Haul then I will just pull my personal trailer. I reserved well in advance to insure that you could have the equipment located at my preferred location, waste of effort on my part.

The service was unparalleled! I had a particular need that was not common. The manager and regional manager went out of their way to accommodate my need. I thank U-Haul for having such competent and professional help. No other location can compare.

There were several issues with our rental, including over charging several times. Once, they called us and said we were being charged $250 over the cost of our rental. They then realized they were getting clients mixed up… again. Do not recommend.

Not much to say since I dropped it off after hours and used the UHaul app to take pictures of everything. So, I really had no interaction with the personnel. The app did do a great job stepping through the return/dropoff process.

A sign showing this as a U-Haul. Had the not been that 1 U-Haul truck out front, I would have driven clean by the place. Plus it was a realty office, which was not shown online.

I waa very happy with the unit. I was there for 11 years, and everything was great. Only thing I saw was spiders, but that was to be expected! I never saw any mice, thank goodness!! Lots of dust in unit, too, but I was there a long time! I was very happy with the staff. They were very nice. Will miss talking to Connie. Thanks again for everything!

I appreciate the helpful staff at this location. My frustration came with the online Uhaul check-in process. I came to pick up my truck at 10am only to discover that the office didn't open till 12:00, too late for my schedule. I had no warning from uhaul, but I received an email from Uhaul with phone pickup instructions AFTER I had finally figured out how to pick up the truck with my phone. The online pickup process seemed glitchy, requiring several phone calls to sort out, and I was also frustrated by the new requirements to verify my ID with two other sources. I have used Uhaul for years, have an account, and I found this to be a real extra pain. None of this is a reflection on the local location, who when returning the truck, were very apologetic about my online difficulties checking out the truck, and helpful in processing the return.

We rented a 26' van online, but was not able to actually rent that size. We were given a 20' instead. That was a disappointment.

The trick was clean but there was blankets laying all over the back and the dollie was strapped to where it was suppose to be. I was worried I would be charged for using them but I strapped the dollie in place and put the blankets filled into the sack that was handing..otherwise everything was good.

Charged for 2 days when I only rented and returned for one! Tire monitor system light on. Truck seemed to need service

I feel your company is way to picky and you charge way to much for mileage which is at least .40 more than the rembursable milage than what the government lets people get for a job. Plus you have to put gas in it plus all the other charges you add to the final bill just plain greedy. I did like the place I rented for though. This review is not for them but for corporate. I definitely will not use uhaul ever again.

Connie Vajner worked on our final receipt for several hours all told. She finally was able to figure out what the Searcy office had charged us for and what was owed as we turned the truck in "earlier" than we had anticipated. It turns out we had only paid for "The package" so any additional days were extra. She believed us that the Searcy office had quoted us $29.95 per extra day, but the original receipt said $40 per day. Of the three U-Haul locations in Newton, I would always recommend this one on Anderson Ave.

I picked up a 5x8 covered trailer on 29 March. The computer system was acting up that day, so the lady had to fill out a paper contract. Not a huge inconvenience, but was an additional 15+min there. *fast forward one hour* My wife and I are at the hotel 10miles away when I received a call from Stor n Stuff. Turns out that she forgot to give me back my driver's license after photocopying it....and I forgot to ask for it. We laughed and I told her I would be there in 20min to pick it up. Putting my shoes on, about ready to grab my truck keys.....and they call me again. Told me not to come, the manager was bringing my license to me at the hotel. THAT is customer service! That reminded me that there are still good people out there.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. Nice and informative lady checking me out and in. Super easy process. The size of truck I ordered was not available so they upgraded me to the larger truck for the same price, which was perfect for me.

They went out of their way to insure that I had a car dolly. Then when the dolly had a light issue made sure that it got fixed quickly so I could be safe on my travel. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
