Ordered moving blankets and didn’t get any. The fuel guide did not work for me and I was charged additional. Canceled my order even though I called and said I was running late.

Amy WI called to ask where we should drop the trailers but had to leave a voicemail. I never did receive a callback nor any sort of response at all. A quick call or text message to acknowledge contact would have been helpful.
Amy WI wasn’t given a specific location in Newton, KS. I called on 6/13/2026 and had it explained to me over the phone the morning I was trying to drop it off. This was after speaking to someone at the pickup location. The location I dropped off at was closed when it was evidently supposed to be open. We just happened to show up when someone from U-Haul was there loading trailers to move.
