Explain pricing better, I have 3 extra charges on my credit card that I don't know what there for.

JASON HAlmost positive I was overcharged based off of the receipt I received. I was charged $500+ and the receipt states $350 and some change. AND I returned it with a full tank of gas which was over the mark I was supposed to return it at. You see no credit for the extra fuel put in the truck. Will probably never rent from here again. All previous experiences have been fine.

chesi dSO much better than the pickup location. She was very helpful in figuring out why I was charged a secret licensing fee that wasn't on my original quote...also pisses off the customer. Licensing your truck is your cost of doing business. Adding it as a hidden fee AFTER the transaction is finished is a deceptive business practice and borderline fraud. Even my final receipt does not show the $7 fee as a line item, but does add it to the total. The total charged can't be reconciled to the charges on the receipt cuz they don't add up. I will be contacting your customer service team to complain.

STEPHEN GEverything went great with the truck, the only issue was that when we loaded up and took off the truck died on us before even leaving the driveway. That happened three times, but other than that it was great.

Casey KConnie was very helpful. She made up for the inadequacies and mistakes of another location (Sunflower Tire and Auto) where our truck was originally rented here in town. Connie bent over backwards to help us. very much appreciate the dedication that she has to her job.
NORINE PI had a tire blowout on the road. It was a complete failure. The tire delaminated. Luckily I was going at slow speed of 58 mph and my truck has antisway control. You may want to do better tire inspections.

TERANCE AConnie at the North Newton, KS location is great! When the regional person called to confirm the rental he had to change the kind of truck because of availability which I understand. However, he also changed everything in the reservation that I had set up with Connie to use the truck for a multiple day event. When I picked up the truck Connie and I had to go through and make all the changes again. Also all of your prices are incredibly misleading-in addition to the insurance, there’s an add on fee for this and a charge for that. All the “additions” more than tripled the cost. I was expecting double. Great experience! Just expensive!

Nathan GIt was no fault of this location; however, the Tennessee regional center moved my preferred location to another location that was not open on Sunday and did not have the equipment. Then later notified me of the issue and I ended up picking up the trailer and pulling it empty for 60% of my trip. If that's the efficiency to be expected from U-Haul then I will just pull my personal trailer. I reserved well in advance to insure that you could have the equipment located at my preferred location, waste of effort on my part.
DOUGLAS RThe service was unparalleled! I had a particular need that was not common. The manager and regional manager went out of their way to accommodate my need. I thank U-Haul for having such competent and professional help. No other location can compare.
FREDRICK JThere were several issues with our rental, including over charging several times. Once, they called us and said we were being charged $250 over the cost of our rental. They then realized they were getting clients mixed up… again. Do not recommend.
DANIEL RNot much to say since I dropped it off after hours and used the UHaul app to take pictures of everything. So, I really had no interaction with the personnel. The app did do a great job stepping through the return/dropoff process.

JUSTINE MI waa very happy with the unit. I was there for 11 years, and everything was great. Only thing I saw was spiders, but that was to be expected! I never saw any mice, thank goodness!! Lots of dust in unit, too, but I was there a long time! I was very happy with the staff. They were very nice. Will miss talking to Connie. Thanks again for everything!

Brandon CI appreciate the helpful staff at this location. My frustration came with the online Uhaul check-in process. I came to pick up my truck at 10am only to discover that the office didn't open till 12:00, too late for my schedule. I had no warning from uhaul, but I received an email from Uhaul with phone pickup instructions AFTER I had finally figured out how to pick up the truck with my phone. The online pickup process seemed glitchy, requiring several phone calls to sort out, and I was also frustrated by the new requirements to verify my ID with two other sources. I have used Uhaul for years, have an account, and I found this to be a real extra pain. None of this is a reflection on the local location, who when returning the truck, were very apologetic about my online difficulties checking out the truck, and helpful in processing the return.

mark pThe trick was clean but there was blankets laying all over the back and the dollie was strapped to where it was suppose to be. I was worried I would be charged for using them but I strapped the dollie in place and put the blankets filled into the sack that was handing..otherwise everything was good.

Scott CI feel your company is way to picky and you charge way to much for mileage which is at least .40 more than the rembursable milage than what the government lets people get for a job. Plus you have to put gas in it plus all the other charges you add to the final bill just plain greedy. I did like the place I rented for though. This review is not for them but for corporate. I definitely will not use uhaul ever again.
