Total experience with your company has been very unpleasant from the beginning. There is a complete breakdown of communication and follow through among your various departments Equipment rental and Load share. NOT contacting customers of changes to scheduled equipment pick up and destination. Web site not very clear of operation hours within different departments at drop off location. Drop off location staff by the name AJ less then helpful argumentative and short responses. His stance was not his department to receive the load share which was closed and across the street. When asked if he was refusing to receive the drop off he responded "NO" " what do you want me to do about" with an attitude. Was to tired from being on the road for two days to argue with him. More than likely I will use a different rental company for my future needs.

MICHAEL KThe agent was very polite and courteous. However,,, I wasn't informed that he was going to charge more money on my account,,. After I returned the truck... Because he didn't inform me. that charge went into my over draft and cost me an extra 55 Dollars. I'm a sick Verteran and could not afford that unexpected charge. I feel that I should have been aware that way I could have paid it with a different card . I was pissed. ord the extra money. I would have used a different card to pay for that transaction.

Michelle KOnly issue is the address u-hail provided sent me to another location about 3/4 mile down the road (which was wrong). But also, that area seemed to have spotty GPS coverage. Was confusing and simply had to locate “u-haul” as opposed to the street address provided.

Then spent 1.5 hrs trying to navigate the app and pick up the truck.
