Truck was full of roaches, had to bomb before use. Maintenance was not up to date, had no transmission fluid 0. Engine oil was 3 quarts low. Power steering fluid was low and noisy, Unbeliever able!!!

Improve customer service. I estimated that I would drive the truck 20 miles and was charged that rate upfront, but actually only drove 8 miles, and the charges were not corrected.

The u-haul on-site Customer Service representative was top noch. He went above and beyond what was needed to ensure I was taken care of. Will definitely use U-HAUL again in the future. Hopefully not to soon into the future as moving sucks.

Make sure the truck is available at the time promised. Our truck was reserved for 9AM and we were told the customer that was suppose to return the truck asked to extend 1 day. So we were just out of luck. But we kept calling customer service and they said one was going to be returned at 11:30. We had everything planned for 9 so it was a huge inconvenience for us. Would never recommend UHaul but the location picked up truck was fine.

Consider earlier opening hours. Pay the attendant to be there 15 mins before opening so the computer an be booted up. Work on a more professional appearance 1. Tidy the office 2. Ask the attendant to wear a U-Haul uniform and hat.

Quoted over phone for 15 ft truck and dolly $514 total. Show up and comes to 576 and place does not have all the equipment. If I am not refunded back to price quoted I will submit bbb complaint

These were without a doubt the most unprofessional people I have dealt with and completely ruined the entire UHaul experience. I will never use UHaul again for any of my moves because of them.

Office was a wreck. The lady that helped me was not friendly. She did not inspect the trailer upon return. Talked on the phone for 5 minutes while I waited just to tell me I was done. Horrible service, horrible facility. Nice location.

The person working at the site was very busy but still was able to answer questions and help us get the right truck. The only thing was I was told my credit card would not be charged until I returned the truck, and it was charged when we picked it up.

Improve the process when picking up the rental. If all the information can be entered online, then only a verification of ID, credit card and vehicle should be required.

I will not recommend UHaul to anyone. This location was fine, but Uhaul corporate was not. My reservation was messed up many ways, and I ended up paying double what I would have to go through a competitor, which I would have done if UHaul hadn't done a bait and switch. Sucks for me, great for you--you got my rental, at double the money, instead of a competitor. Bad business. Means I won't use or recommend UHaul again, as that's all I can do to right the situation.

There was a small child laying in two chairs watching tv dirty diaper in trash no place to sit down very dirty was at location trying to make reservations but the laptop that was being used by employee would not connect to Uhauls website neither would their personal phone so I ended up standing there making the reservation on my own phone not a location I would want my company represented by
