JULIANA WPicking up a truck on the app after hours is horrible. Tried calling someone to ask and was on hold for over an hour. We were almost at the first destination to pick up a truck and were called saying the destination was changed. Had to drive 45 min back the way we came. Then spent 1.5 hrs trying to navigate the app and pick up the truck.
