They billed me for miles I didn't use. I took before and after pictures of the odometer and was overcharged 5 miles. It's a small amount but I let them know twice and no one as reached out to correct it. The truck was also filthy when I received it and used it for a few hours and your app tried to charge me to clean it. Zero stars in your app.
Cece CThe only complaint I have is why do I have to tell you how many miles I’m driving? If it’s added into the price-why do I pay for gas also. So I paid to use the truck for 20 miles. Then had to fill it back up to a certain mark. Doesn’t make sense to me.
CASSANDRA SUnfortunately there was a nationwide system outage for Uhaul when I went to pick up the truck, so we had to start over the next day. Even the app was not working. Dalton was very professional, helpful (to the extent he could be), and kind. I returned the next day and was able to proceed with my project. He's a keeper!

I have rented many times and this time required verification from 3 people. Trying to return the app kept crashing.

Quick, easy and the 15’ enclosed moving truck was awesome, not one time did I feel I needed more power to get up and over the mountain passes, the braking and ability of the truck, the comfort and cleanliness of the vehicle were amazing.

Keelo HNo proper key drop off. I had to leave my key in the emergency drop box and our drop off time was later then expected so nobody was there. Definitely understandable.

Duane SNo moving pads available when I had them set for preorder. Drivers side mirror wouldn’t hold and was useless. Windshield wipers were wrong size and squeaked and scratched when I needed to use them. Vehicle pulled to the right badly.

William KI was charged for 2 dolleys that were not in the truck. Took pictures of the missing dolleys prior to taking the truck and submitted during my checkout process to get the keys. Returned the truck about 15 hours earlier than I was supposed to (rented for 24 hours), but was still charged full price. Whack is an understatement!!
Kris FTruck exterior wasn’t very clean and windshield washer fluid was empty. I’m fussy about clean vehicles though. Truck ran great 👍 and is a good value. I will rent again from this location. Christie is pleasant and very thorough.

STEFON AThough the pick up was good, the drop of was horrible. After hours, there's no drop box for keys. The rental guy told me to call 1800 uhaul number to ask them procedure of drop off. But the 1800 had half an hour long wait and finally when connected, she didn't have a clue either (for keys drop off, truck return we did online which doesn't ask about keys). They gave me a local uhaul number but those guys were closed after 7pm, next morning I called this local number and he didn't have any idea either. Finally I waited next morning till the place opens and then gave them back the keys. 1h on phone and three rounds to uhaul to return a truck.

MARK EIf you have a heavy duty trailer with brakes(car hauler, flat bed, etc. ) and no truck to pull it, they have the truck to do. Downside is their pickups don’t have trailer brakes. You need to buy an adapter for your trailer plug. Very much worth every penny. Spent 240 on it. Overall very satisfied with my rental.
Mario SCoronavirus made me stand in the cold rain outside for 40 minutes, Wish there was a heater or a quicker procedure to check out.. There was only one man in front of me and he was there for 15 minutes before I got there so if I arrived at the same time as him I would have waited an hour for 2 people to check out!! Seems way too long,

David RGet a more user friendly app. The app is frustrating to navigate; it's inconsistent. Past rentals I've been prompted for my license info at the time of reservation. Yesterday, I'm ready to get the truck and in trying to obtain the code for the lockbox, had to to spend and additional 15-min taking pics and waiting for it to process. For repeat renters like myself and having a storage unit at one of these facilities where I get U-Haul trucks you should be able to retain my info so I don't spend so much damn time doing what should be a simple task.

Teresa KThere are no markings on the building to show that it is a Uhaul drop off. A person was blocking the parking lot chatting with someone in a car and didn’t move as I was coming in. I later realized she worked there when she went into the storage yard in the back. She did not speak to me. The key drop off boxes offer no direction for how keys should be put into the box other than to go to the website. I dropped the key in the storage payment Dropbox because it was the only option. I would not use this location again.

This location started the rental time from the time of the original reservation from the other location not the actual time I picked up the truck.

Tami HI tried to reserve a uhaul at the Chinden location near my home on a Wednesday for pickup on Saturday. I was told I would have to drive across town to pick it up, adding an additional 10 miles to my round trip. No offer was made to have the truck brought to the location I wanted to use.
