I was told that the truck was 3/4 full of gas and that I had to bring it back with 3/4 full of gas, when I got to my house,less than 2 miles away, it was only 1/2 full, I tried to call the girl at the pick up location and no one answered. I drove the truck less than 40 miles and it cost me $50.00. I am not a Happy customer.

Bad experience.
LIANNE CIt was closed, so I just did a drop off. The location was a little hidden and kind of scary since I dropped off alone at night. The app accidentally closed on me, so I didn't get to upload the passenger side or front of the truck. I do have them if you need them
ANNE HDon’t over charge for miles when it is 15 miles or less over the limit aloud. I was charged 8 dollars for the 8 miles over my limit, but I got foo(which took me out of the way) and filled up the truck all the way to full, which I didn’t even use nearly a fraction of. The truck was brand new and in excellent condition. I would HIGHLY recommend these locations to others and will use again.

Scott DI loved the independent pickup location. However, the process with Uhaul in general was a mess. The app is buggy and the original location I picked was Uhaul in Temecula but thry switched me to Storquest, which ended up being great! But it was annoying that my original location was changed, which ultimately changed my overall plans. Between switching locations on me without asking and thr buggy app issues I had, I wouldn't use Uhaul again.

Edgardo ATrain your workers to be more educated in what they are loaning to customers. During the whole process of picking up my vehicle, the representative was very unhelpful and noncommunicative. On the phone with some personal friend speaking spanish, while handling my paperwork. Then handing me the keys, without looking at where the vehicle was parked, which was in between two other trucks, making it unable to move. The truck itself had some mechanical issues, making the ignition key fob unable to even turn. I went back inside to talk to the representative again, in which I was met with the smell of weed, as if they just took a hit from their vape pen I saw them place in their pocket as I returned. Shortly after I reviewed my receipt, she also overcharged me, estimating 25 miles ($1.07/mile), for a 5-mile trip. As well as charging me the $14 coverage I did not ask for. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund for all listed overcharges. I will not be using Uhaul again if this is not resolved. I am unsatisfied and upset at the service of this location.

DANEEN SI have no problem with the service location, my issue is with the price gouging, when I called to reserve the prices quoted we’re double what is advertised online. It’s utter bullshit that U-Haul is taking advantage of people especially in these hard economic times.
SCOTT FI'm not sure exactly how the UHaul system works, but my move went well today and the associate did the best she can to provide my reservation. I was a bit uneasy about the fact that the vehicle I reserved wasn't available, but ended up getting the only one on the lot. I also didn't recieve the dolly I requested with it, but oh well. Overall the service that provided the rental was very nice and professional.

ALEXANDER EConsidering what a big deal California makes about the pandemic the truck I received was very dirty inside, and out. The windows wouldn't come clean. Inside the truck the back was not swept out. The cab had old food under the seat, and stuff spilled over the center console. I had to wipe down everything inside. There was no effort to clean or sanitize the vehicle. I returned the vehicle cleaner then when I received it.

Clayton JNormally the employee walks around the truck with the customer to make sure all damages are marked. This time he just handed me the keys. I don’t know what policy is but I like having someone walk it with me. Let’s me know I’m not going to get charged for anything that was already there. I did get a text to confirm that everything was ok before leaving though so that was nice. The only other thing was that maybe I just didn’t pay enough attention when he was talking to me, but I didn’t realize I was supposed to check the truck back in with pictures after business hours. I got a text about 4 hrs after I turned in the keys saying I needed to do that but I was already long gone. I’m glad I didn’t get any penalties but I would have done it right had I realized that’s what I was supposed to do. Also it may be in the paperwork I was given but I didn’t read it that closely.

Sherif SThey don't have the ability to let you pick up before opening time as per your app told me I could do, the young man didn't seem to know what to do and when I told him I had prepaid and showed him the proof he still charged me again. He didn't have the correct dolly that I needed and the blankets were in a pile and I had to separate them to count them and found I was 1 short if I have to do there job I should at least get paid for it.
Armando MI reserved an appliance dolly which was not available. The manager let me use one of theirs but it was in bad shape, bad wheel and had no belt. No one let me know the dolly was not available. Otherwise the online reservation system is pretty nice.

I am hoping I was not double charged. I did not receive the package or instructions for using the truck from him. And the windshield was so dirty I couldn't see out of it. My wait time was 45 mins. The young man should of had help. He was very nice through it all. Unfortunately it all was unpleasant.

The guy checking me in seemed in a hurry and I felt I was "in his way" even though he had just returned for lunch. He did not listen, I had to tell him I was returning a vehicle twice before he realized I was not asking about renting. We did not walk around the vehicle, he immediately took it to the back. I had noticed my mileage as I pulled into the lot because it was about to turn to an even number. The mileage on my email receipt was 14 miles higher, a convenient $10 "tip" for the guy. I will use the main U-Haul office in the future and skip this StorQuest location.
