The representative was okay. Not excellent but not terrible. Took him about 20 min to find my reservation because his computer kept shutting off (I was in a hurry), then proceeded to remind me three times that I could not leave with the trailer without working lights. Which were just fine, even bought a new light adapter from him. It was just the way he kept saying it... wasn't really customer service oriented. But overall, trailer and dolly worked great and were in good condition. Thank youTodd S.

The male at the location has terrible customer service skills. I was charged for 2 days but only kept the vehicle for 5 hours. There was an error with checking the vehicle back in and I had a time stamped call log to show where I attempted to call twice. He refused to assist or answer any questions. It was raining when i retrieved the rental on Saturday and it was parked in the mud. I was charged a 25$ fee because the mud got in the truck (yet this location parked the truck in the mud). The service at the location is horrible and I refuse to ever use them again.Kimbly D.

The guy running the place is a jerk. Absolutely will not lift one finger to help you. This is the second time I have dealt with him. No more. I will use another location farther away.MARY R.

I was charged a cleaning fee plus the tax that associates with this! Also I received a dirty 20 foot Uhaul. There was, what appeared to be dog hair all over the storage part of the truck but yet I get charged a cleaning fee. The place is well kept but in my opinion their needs to better customer service as to dealing with the public. Not treating someone like they are just a number. If I was Uhaul I would not let them rent out my equipment, y'all are getting a bad reputation because of them. Good luck to y'all and hopefully other people won't experience this disservice!RALPH L.
When I pulled in the driveway I received a call telling me where to park the trailer inside the fence. I was also told that if I had not folded the blankets I would be charged $2/blanket. After spending a few hundred dollars to rent a trailer and blankets it seems pretty ridiculous that I need to fold the blankets or pay an additional $12. Also, no one came out to help me unhook the trailer which was surprising to me.Joseph L.

When i went to pick up trailer I was early...20 minutes before pick up time. The place was locked up. No sign indicating the employee was gone to lunch. There was a phone number to call. I called the number four times and text once. No response. I understand that everybody needs a lunch hour, but when you show up to a place of business that has working hours from 10-3 and gives you no indication that they are still in business, it makes you question if they are still around. Especially in a time of Covid where businesses are shutting down. The location needs to post its lunch hours or have employees take lunch at work.Andrew C.

The person representing U Haul needs to inform the renter what a day rental is I picked up the truck around 930 am and noticed on the email sent to my phone it was due back at 345 pm the same day. I did not get to finish moving in the U Haul because I could not take the chance on gettin charged another day.James C.

When I went to this location to pick up my truck I was referred to go online and complete the pick up . I did and had to wait over 1hr to actually get my truck due to the representative not assisting me when I told him I didn't receive a lockbox code to get the keys. The rep acted as if he couldn't complete my pick up so I had to to call the 1800 number only for them to say that he in fact could assist me . After going back and forth for over an hour and half I finally was able to get my truckAelicia T.
I scheduled an online check in to pickup at 8 a.m. When I got to the location to pickup, the truck was locked behind the gate and I had to leave and come back at 9 a.m. when they opened. It set us behind having to pay someone to help us move. Frustrating but it was all worked out.Kelly C.

The rocks make it hard to get to the building. The workers are very unconcerned about guest calls and check-ins. They won't even open the gate when you pull up and talk t you from the phone while you sit beside the streets.. I fund this rude and impersonal..Kaleshia P.

I paid for two dollies. I didn't get either, but I still was charged for them. The pads I paid for were just thrown in the back of the truck. The windshield was extremely dirty. The GPS doesn't work at the actual address. You have to drive past the location before it will recognize you on the phone app. Also, there is no way to dispute any damage on the rental truck. The phone app will not let you upload pictures. Other than these issues, it was a breeze using self checkout.Robert B.
This location is completely unprofessional. Twice I have tried to use this location and both times there was no one there during working hours. After calling U-hail on the first visit someone finally showed up. They couldn't attach the trailer so I had to do it. The second time no one was there and they called me later only to insult me for not picking up at some arbitrary time. I was there during open hours and again on one home. The owner called only to insult me and add a charge to my card. If I wasn't moving I would open a U-Haul next door and run this place out of business. Don't waste your time here. This is why people buy there own trailers.Mark M.

I returned a 6' X 12' trailer here. The young man working in the office didn't even come outside and help me unhook it from my van. I didn't walk around the fence to see if anyone was there before I tried to unhook it, but sought him out afterward. He acted as if everything was in order so I left satisfied, but on 3/5 I got a text saying that I owed another $59.92 for an extra day (which I paid, not knowing if it was valid or not - the text said I could contest it also, but I didn't see where I could do that).. Now I'm in the process of disputing it (I don't think it wasn't valid).John P.

I was charged $21.40 for an after hours service fee. How do you charge someone a fee when they do all the work. There wasn't anyone there to process the truck or do anything until normal business hours the next day. I even tried to contact the owner the night I dropped it off and there was no response. I will not recommend this location to anyone because of this. In my opinion this is just a way to rip people off. I dropped the truck off, made sure the doors were locked, lights were off, and put the keys and contract in the drop box. I should charge them $21.40 after hours fee for doing this. Not the other way around. I think that is crap after you pay $251.00 for rental, $45 for insurance, and $53.00 to refuel.Christopher W.
These people seem like either they don't have a clue what is going on, or they don't care. The young man behind the counter was like a bratty 10-year-old and seemed totally unconcerned about anything. And despite posted business hours, it appears the place is open or closed on a whim. This was definitely not my first truck rental and from experience, it is not a good place to rent.Morgan W.

The young man behind the desk refused to unhook the trailer from my truck. He told me to back it up to any available spot along the fence, and unhook it. I asked if he could help he and he said no. I am a 49 year old woman. It's all I could do to unfasten it, as it was screwed down to the ball hitch. I had to find some work gloves in my husband's truck and say a lot of prayers. I finally got it unscrewed, and by the grace of God, lifted off of the hitch. I called the 800 number to make sure that it was marked â€œreceivedâ€ in the computer, as the young man would not give me a receipt. They called the location and were told that he would check it out when he got time. There were no other customers in the facility when I arrived or when I departed.larry B.

The drop off personnel were very helpful. Good job. They also waived the convenience fee. But, I want to report the same issue I mentioned to them. The mobile drop off app wouldn't work properly. I tried to drop off remotely. I'm usually pretty good at that. The uhaul app would not accept the odometer reading properly. It kept doing something with the decimal creating an error. Just FYI. The equipment was fine. I just had an issue with the customer service. I am a 49 year old woman in my sons F 150. I was trying to help him by picking up the trailer. When I asked the worker if he was going to help me hook it up his response was â€œJust back your truck up and see what you can do. I can help in a minute but this is U Haul not ME Haulâ€. U haul had already rented me a piece of equipment at a store that was closed. I had been transferred on the phone like 4 times so I was just ready to be done or I would have just left. I was honestly in shock that he said that and didn't respond. He did come out and help me hook it up but that statement did not seem like very good customer service to me.Lou Ann W.

I was supposed to drop off my trailer at Myers Car in Canton MS; I tried dropping it off the night before the due date but couldn't because the business closed early; I was at their location again the next morning and was the first waiting in line; when the owner showed up (30 minutes late) he told me to drive around the block and stop on a side street and wait on him to walk out and show me where to back it in. Mind you, I'm a 62 year old disabled female but I thought I'd try; he did not meet me on the side street so I had to walk again to the front of his business. It was then he told me HE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO FOOL WITH ME and that I needed to drive down the highway to a second location to drop it. I did as I was instructed but was told there that they would charge me more since I was not scheduled to drop there. Finally a field manager was contacted and the matter was resolved except I hadA GREAT DEAL IF TROUBLE backing the trailer where it needed to go. I even asked the guy if he'd back it for me but was told, â€œoh miss you can do it.â€ What the heck was going on that day with people representing U-HAUL that day??? I would appreciate feedback from someone who actually cares about the customers that use U-Haul!!!BETH E.

My original pickup location which was 1 mile from my house was switched to another location over night which was 25 minutes away in the middle of nowhere. The guy there just normalized the inconvenience and said it happens all the time. What horrible customer service.Joe P.
