Aidrian and his staff are fantastic. He explained everything in great detail. I accidentally deleted the contract from my phone, called back on Saturday, he told where I needed to drop off and resent me the contract that had all the information. Other than not getting the 10’ truck I reserved on Thursday, it was a great experience as usual.

Karmesha SI was alerted two days prior to picking up truck that the location for my 9:00 am was changed to Blue Island, IL, which was not very far from the original location. I Ubered to the location, was dropped off at 8:50 am. The location does not open until 9:30 am. Not convenient at all and I was very disappointed with Uhaul. The individual handling my rental was very courteous and understanding. Apparently this was not the first time to happened.
