There wasn't anyone there! There was a note on the door to call, so we did, 5 times! We left 2 messages & no one ever called us back! Extremely poor customer service is an understatement! My husband had to call the uhaul customer 800 number, & If it wasn’t for the helpful lady we probably never would’ve gotten our truck! We’ll never go back to this location!

Christy GHello, the truck was very dirty, with a sticky substance spilled all over inside the cupholders, and the windshield was so dirty, it was difficult to see out of and there was no windshield wiper fluid. I was very frustrated picking up the truck after hours as I was not aware that it would take so long And I had many complications with Internet connectivity in that location so I had to do things over and over again. When I brought the truck back at midnight, and had to do all the steps in the dark, I felt very unsafe out there by myself, trying to accommodate in order to Lock up the truck and leave it the way I was required to. I just wish I had been informed what to expect, and if I had known, I would have to go through that at the drop off, I would have never agreed to bring it back at midnight. I would’ve just waited till the next day. If I had known it would take so long to pick up the truck, I would’ve showed up earlier as I was paying movers by the hour, and I only had them for two hours last night. Billy CStorage 55 is awesome. The Uhaul website, reservation system and people monitoring the queue were terrible. I didn't want to drive 15 minutes further to rent a truck from the Uhaul facility because of the time but trying to rent it online, then returning it was TERRIBLE. Stupid website wouldn't work, couldn't talk to anyone, I wouldn't recommend it to Anyone.
