Judy at Storage 55 was great! The truck did the job just fine. It had 95,000 miles so the fornt end was a touch loose as to be expected. All went well.

The location was perfectly fine. The truck itself was missing a ramp. This was a tremendous inconvenience as I had to manually lift every item into the truck, climb into the truck, place the item and then climb back out, repeatedly. Same process for drop off. This resulted in a much longer process than anticipated and was physically grueling. You should not have trucks available to rent without a ramp!

Virgil MJudy was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I would be able to get the truck from the location where I requested, despite another location trying to change it. She reached out with her supervisor and verified I would be able to get the truck at the location 1/4 mile from my home versus 5.3 miles when another Uhaul location called and told me the truck I reserved was going out of town. I considered that truly looking out for the customer’s needs. Kudos to Judy and a big thanks for your help and support.
