Maybe a little better check of vehicle condition. The online process was easy enough to document my findings of unmarked damage but someone that didn't do a thorough inspection could get dinged for something they didn't do as there were some unmarked areas of minor damage on the vehicle I used.Joshua H.

One of the drivers side rear tires was very worn and caused me some concern. I was told that if I had a blow out to just call 1-800-gouhaul. The ashtray was full of trash. There was some kind of "air freshener" in the truck. I appreciate the thought but the aroma was strong and had a 900 mile headache from it.John B.

Because of circumstances beyond our control while closing on our meeting home we needed anywhere between 1 to 3 extra days over a holiday. The Storage Barn did not return any of my voicemails (I left three) to verify a change in the date for picking up the truck. I had to physically go there to get verification and when I asked the owner why she did not respond to my voicemail requests she stated that she never received them, which I did not believe was true.Timothy T.

It was nearly 8PM when we went to drop it off. We discovered that the auto transport trailer and the truck were scheduled to be returned to different locations. We were trying to get someone on the phone from UHAUL customer service to resolve the issue, but the lady in the house could tell we were having issues so she came out and helped us even though it was so late. I very much appreciated her assistance. She went above and beyond to assist us. Thank her for us.Tara H.
The van had no A/C (discovered after leaving the location), but it appears to have been an intermittent electrical problem (fixed by roadside assistance), so I do not know if the location staff could have known about it.Daniel T.

I chose this drop off location because there webpage stated it was open from 8:00am to 6:00pm 7 days a week. The site was closed and I used the online checkin. There was no room to park the trailer on the property so I had to park at the curb in front as others had done. I've rented from Uhaul many times and usually they are very good. That was not the case here.Frank T.

Had a reservation to ensure that our rental would be ready for pick up at the reservation time (5:30 pm) and it was not. My boyfriend and I were given the wrong key in the lockbox. We contacted customer support and they suggested that we try the key in multiple different trucks until we found a truck the key would unlock, then we had to move trailers out of the way to be able to access a truck that we could use. Mind you by reserving a truck it is advertised as being guaranteed ready, which it was not, and we had to move trucks and trailers around which is not my job nor should we have had to do that as we reserved the truck online to ensure it would be ready at 5:30 and we did not leave with a truck until 6:30.Brieanna A.

When I first drove up I was apprehensive due to the location and tight spaces. The service was very good, the people friendly, and the equipment they had on site all looked good. I would rent from them again definitely. Even though they are 70 miles out from me. They had what I needed and the next closest at 30 miles did not stock the trailer I needed. As usual over a 50 year plus experience with U-Haul equipment, it is very good and dependable.James V.

the paperwork said the truck had a 1/4 tank of gas but in reality there was less than 1/8 th of a tank. The weather was turning and Corona virus wrecking panic with everyone so we just hit the road. I called and let the Missoula agent know the has discrepancy but she said we needed to report it before driving off. Would not use this location again.Maureen K.

The lady was rude one the phone tell me when I need to be there to pick up the car dolly. One strap was frad on the end.the lady account the I we an inconvenience to be renting for her. I we never use U-Haul again then when I ask to drop of at one place. She put my drop off on the other side of town from me. then the place I drop it off at the gave me additive for the people at 4800 10th Ave South. They had to tell me to put it away for the them.ive never in my year of deal with U-Haul been ask to put it away. First, I went to the wrong location; the actual location looks shoddy and croweded in, one must ring a bell for the attendant to come out of her home, the website wouldn't process the eqt check, and when I dropped it off about 3 hours early (5 pm), no one was available to receive it. IN addition, I signed up for a dolly that I did not receive and need this charge removed from the final charge.
