The only issue we had was the truck was already pretty dusty in the cargo area already so had to sweep it before we started moving.

JAY BWe rented a truck and opted to pick up in the office. It should of been explained that a text we going to be sent and information was needed prior to leaving property. Example- the photos of odometer, and sides of vehicle. That was not told to us. Other than that it was quite simple to rent

Owner simply said, “here is the key, make sure to return the truck to this spot when you return it.” Also would have liked to had a heads up on what after hours return would be like. The owner just pointed to the QR code and said, “scan this.”

Tina WThe location was cramped. I feel for people that are next expert drivers with a trailer. I pulled in and someone was trying to back a trailer into a very small space at an angle. I would have preferred to leave my trailer past them down the row but could not get by. I had to either drop my trailer in a less than ideal location or block the parking lot while waiting for the other party. This should not be a U Haul rental location.

LEE CIf there was a ranking worse than one star, I’d choose that. The staff is rude and no help. You should consider terminating your relationship with this location. They are a poor ambassador for your business.

KIM LCan't speak on staff helpfulness as I did any after hours drop-off in the app. Nevertheless the whole experience was smooth and painless.
Matthew SRental fee for a utility trailer (4x9) with a ramp and insurance was $36 for the day. I needed to pickup a snow blower at an engine repair shop and take it to my home. The total round trip was approximately 13 miles, and I had the trailer for less than an hour. Recommend that U-Haul have hourly or similar rates. As it is, the trailer was expensive, but $10-15 for four hours, as an example, would have been reasonable and rated 5-star.

The counter person is less than helpful and after they were noticably inconvenienced be me I went outside and used the self help app. Infact I was told at 858......when the doors were unlocked and they were at the desk..."We open at 9 and I will help you" then and motioned for me to walk out. If there was another UHaul as close I would use them everytime.

JOHN PI was quote one price then charged twice the amount. I even put over estimates mileage. I was estimated for 187 and paid over 200. So know I'm unlikely to trust u-haul again.

Manny CI don’t feel like this is a fair survey. This isn’t about the location. It’s about the app. It didn’t work, I arrived at 515… didn’t get my UHaul until 6p. The online check in is an absolute joke. Called the 800 number for help and the gal answered, heard what I needed and put my back in the queue. No one ever picked up to help me. I will never recommend U-Haul after hours pick up to anyone. Very poorly run. The location has NOTHING to do with this review.

JULIE MEverything was great, and the customer service agent who checked out the vehicle to me was excellent, everything was explained with no hidden fees or charges. Will definitely rent again when I need a vehicle.
DAVID SSteve is Always Awesome and the equipment is Always clean and ready to use! I tell all my friends about the Storage Cave if the need UHaul equipment or inside storage!
JOHNNY BSteve at the U-Haul place was so very helpful, made sure that I had everything I needed for my move. He checked to see if I needed anything, boxes, tape, blankets, dollies. He just wanted to make sure I was covered with the move. I will definitely refer this location to any of my friends needing to use your services!!!! THANKS AGAIN, STEVE!!
