Danielle MFirst of all, the equipment is jank I would not recommend spending the money on it as it really doesn’t do anything and will not help you in the move at all. This location has absolutely no parking for personal vehicles. They gave my brother a hard time when getting the U-Haul and they had to call his employer when they’re not open on a Saturday. Not really sure why that’s necessary when they have a photo ID and all of my information and his. Only reason they gave it to us was because my dad had to call and complain and they finally let up. This is my first U-Haul experience and it definitely let me down.
