I don’t feel like this is a fair survey. This isn’t about the location. It’s about the app. It didn’t work, I arrived at 515… didn’t get my UHaul until 6p. The online check in is an absolute joke. Called the 800 number for help and the gal answered, heard what I needed and put my back in the queue. No one ever picked up to help me. I will never recommend U-Haul after hours pick up to anyone. Very poorly run. The location has NOTHING to do with this review.

There was no staff present, the facility was closed when we got there.
JULIE MEverything was great, and the customer service agent who checked out the vehicle to me was excellent, everything was explained with no hidden fees or charges. Will definitely rent again when I need a vehicle.

JOHNNY BSteve at the U-Haul place was so very helpful, made sure that I had everything I needed for my move. He checked to see if I needed anything, boxes, tape, blankets, dollies.
