William DOdometer switched to km couldn’t change to miles and couldn’t return the truck. Have used U-Haul after hours twice this week and never again, impossible to reach anyone for help and customer service calls back the next day and answer the phone and they never speak with me. Never again. Horrible mobile experience. Do better U-Haul, have at least one live person that a person can speak with, I’m very sure you have plenty of $, you’re ripping me off.
