I told the personnel when I dropped the trailer about the water penetration and he barely acknowledged what I said. I believe that trailer will be rented to the next person who will have their possessions get soaked as mine did. I rented an enclosed trailer to keep the weather off of what I was moving. No luck there.

Bridget HEverything was perfect at this location. The only issues I had was using the scan code and app to pick up the truck, the app was not working correctly, but the gentleman in office was helpful and took care of what we needed
