Couldn’t get help; the door was locked. I called and he acted like I was interrupting his day. Then he kept telling me I was at a wrong location because I paid a deposit but the return info showed his location. Then he wanted to argue about the deposit.
CHARLES PThe unit I rented had 3 pounds of dirt in the driver side floor and was full of dog hair on the passenger side. Also had to clean the passenger side window to be able to see , it was covered with dog slobber.

charles DI’ve been using UHaul for close to 30 years, in different states. It’s a name I can trust. This location was fabulous. Clean, wonderful staff and owner and they had great communication with me. Fast, professional service and the best location I’ve ever utilized. I’d recommend this one to everyone I know, as well as various Internet forums I am in for rental and storage facilities. Mr. Bill & Kristin (spelling?) were 100% nice, and customer service driven. 5 stars ⭐️

Barry TWhen we received the U-Haul it was on E. Luckly there was a gas station beside the location. Also, we paid for an equipment dolly it was not in the U-Haul when we picked it up. We had to travel across town to another location to pick one up. The seat belt on the drivers side did not work. The lights outside of the U-Haul did not work correctly. This was my first experience with U-Haul and it was horrible I will not be using this location again.

Wayne SThe unit I rented was a 6x12 trailer and nowhere on the description does it say the opening where the ramp is only 57 inches. The item I was trying to haul was wider than the opening and I could not use the trailer, which is why I returned it the same day I picked it up. It was of no use to me.

Stephen GI was charged $36 for 1/8 of a tank of gas. & $30 more for the gas fee. There is no way that an 1/8 of a tank of gas costs $36. I didn’t put gas in it because i thought it would be easier to to u-haul for the 1/8 of a tank I used than me pulling that huge truck up to the gas pump. I was not told anything about a gas fee. OR the fact that I would be OVER CHARGED for gas!!!!!!! Very UNpleased with this u-haul service!!!
