Operator of Rawls Spring facility was great. Friendly, professional and helpful. We are lucky a customer just returned a 15' truck to this facility so that our reservation from Broadway St location in Hattiesburg, MS could be transferred to Rawls Spring location. Vehicle given to me should be retired. Vehicle had 113,000 miles on it. "ABS light" was on entire trip as well as the "Check Engine Light" was on entire trip from Hattiesburg, MS to Lafayette, LA. 236 miles. I felt anxiety the entire trip not knowing if truck would break down or not. Ride was rough. All Tires need to be balanced. UHAUL Corp needs to change customer return policy and charge a very high charge if vehicle not returned when required. Reserved truck not available at Broadway St location due to customer not returning truck when they were required. I am very disappointed in UHAUL Corp for this policy. I had to go to a different location to pick up a vehicle I could use for my move. I do not know what I would have done if a miracle did not occur and my reserved truck was not available. But I am blessed the trucks A/C system work flawlessly the entire drive.
