I filled out the u-haul rental form for a car hauler online. Once I've arrived at u-haul in Petal, I paid for my rental. After attaching the trailer to my truck hitch, we checked the lights & blinkers I was on the road. Overall, process was super easy, affordable, and very quick. The guy that runs the u-haul facility is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have rented there several times now, and I'm very satisfied. I'm definitely recommend the Petal u-haul facility and will rent equipment there, again.

jason gTransfer equipment from one location to another when requested in advance. I needed a 10 or 15 foot for a local move but I was told I would have to go to a different location ( which would have added 40 miles) for that size. I did not want to add the extra miles. So I used the U-Haul van instead and made 2 trips. Every thing worked out

Sue TI don’t have a huge issue with this location, however, because of the reservation system this will be my last u-haul rental. I reserved a 20’ truck from a location near my needed location. I was called the night before and was told they had no trucks that length at the location. They said I could have a 26’ truck 20 miles away. I didn’t need a truck that big but agreed since the only other option was 40 minutes away. I arrived at the new location only to find out they didn’t have the reserved, and needed furniture dolly or pads. I had people set up to move and had no other options. To see I am seething mad is an understatement.
