RANDY VOverall my experience was bad. Hidden fees all over the place m. And no clear instructions or help uploading and downloading the truck. Will not be using U-Haul in the future if things don’t change!
jason gTransfer equipment from one location to another when requested in advance. I needed a 10 or 15 foot for a local move but I was told I would have to go to a different location ( which would have added 40 miles) for that size. I did not want to add the extra miles. So I used the U-Haul van instead and made 2 trips. Every thing worked out
