I left the tank nearly full (334 miles to empty) and when I received the vehicle it was 243 miles to empty. I was charged 75.00 dollars for leaving the tank empty.

We ended up not needing the storage unit but our experience with this facility was wonderful. The office was wonderful and actually remembered our name from a previous U-Haul rental. We will be using this facility for all of our moving needs.

Fantastic location with ample parking and conveniently close to plenty of fast-food options if you're in need of a quick bite. The staff here is top-notch—friendly yet professional—and the entire process was a breeze. I appreciated the after-hours key drop-off option, which adds to the convenience. I rented a van, and it was spotless, which made my move even easier. They also called to confirm my reservation, and extending the rental over the phone was seamless. Highly recommend this location—10/10!

I was told that there was no time for the back of the van to be cleaned before the next rental so there were blankets covering the back due to "sticky residue" which for my use was not an issue but could be for others. I also could not adjust the outside mirrors due to the adjustment knob missing, luckily this was not an issue for me but it could be for others. My main issue was that that passenger back tire was low on air and the attendant did not have a way to air it up, so I had to drive to a gas station and pay for the air pump to add air. That should it be a customers responsibility. Overall it was fine but not amazing.

It wasn’t the location because I ordered mobile pickup. Poor communication with customer service I had a 8am pick up and the location didn’t open until 9am I was a hour behind schedule. I also left the truck with 1/2 a tank of gas.

This place is the worst storage in America. They allow people to live in there. I wouldn't recommend them to no one!

My time there was great for the most part. The last two months as I was preparing to leave there were bugs. Staff was very understanding of my concerns and came often (as I was there daily) to assist with eradicating and cleaning up the dead bugs. I would especially like to thank Michael, Shelby and Shannon for their kindness, professionalism and help during my last month! I appreciate them. Please let them know.

The rental van was extremely dirty inside and out. I went inside to let the attendant know because I had to put white party decor in the van and the only thing she did was give me some of the card board shades that go in the window to put on the floor of the van needless to say that wasn’t good enough, but I was in a pinch and couldn’t go else where will never rent from there again.

The app would not work for me to check out. The person that manually did my paperwork charged me for things I did not ask for. When I brought it to her attention she merely said "oh" and walked away.
