Good customer service
JUSTIN SI was told that there was no time for the back of the van to be cleaned before the next rental so there were blankets covering the back due to "sticky residue" which for my use was not an issue but could be for others. I also could not adjust the outside mirrors due to the adjustment knob missing, luckily this was not an issue for me but it could be for others. My main issue was that that passenger back tire was low on air and the attendant did not have a way to air it up, so I had to drive to a gas station and pay for the air pump to add air. That should it be a customers responsibility. Overall it was fine but not amazing.
Dillan AIt wasn’t the location because I ordered mobile pickup. Poor communication with customer service I had a 8am pick up and the location didn’t open until 9am I was a hour behind schedule. I also left the truck with 1/2 a tank of gas.
