The rental experience was overall great. The only improvement I would suggest is to have the sound systems Bluetooth compatible, also I would've like to have cruise control as an option on the truck.

Don't rip people off on the price. Y'all scam people, I mean cmon we already are moving(which is expensive) we don't need to dish more unneccessary cash out!

Make sure the cab of the truck is clean.

They chargedme Gasand I returned the truck with the same of Gas. I need my money back

Have the window shield blocker up so that it's not blazing hot when the customer enters. Provide a lock for the back of the truck bc the other truck I rented from Uhaul had it.

The staff was professional and friendly.

The lady that helper went out of her way to make sure my needs were met, especially after I returned after renting the wrong sized truck. I was very pleased with her attitude, professionalism and courtesy.

Due to COVID-19 there was nobody at the dropoff facility. The parking lot was pretty crammed with Uhaul trucks and took a couple minutes to get my truck into a parking spot. Uhaul's truck return system via smartphone was pretty handy and intuitive though. Other than the tight parking, I didn't have any issues.

This was after hours pickup, I did not get any of the equipment that was requested. Uti.ity, Furniture and Appliance dollies or blankets. This make renting the truck unless. When I called about this I was directed to another facility to get the missing items. The person there was nice but she did not have the furniture dolly. All this waisted a lot of time. and probably added miles to my bill. I also have to call to get the furniture dolly off my bill. Other things that were wrong, the truck was dirty there was more damage than what was marked the fuel gage was lower that the 1/2 tank.

Not a thing......Rental went great, return went great, don't know the name of the girl behind the counter but it was nice to be able to talk and just have a nice experience renting.....not just business, business, business......would definitely be back with my rental needs again.......

The staff was so nice and workes together to make sure I received the best price. I have a climate control unit that is nice an clean from the beggining. Very pleased

Truck smelled like someone had smoked in it. Truck also had some trash in it.

No one was in the office for our scheduled pickup time. We called the number and the guy made his way over but we had to wait for about 15 minutes. We had our own schedule to keep with the movers. While the guy was professional and courteous overall, the expectations were less than expected.

Mike at Sorage Depot was very friendly and helpful. Location was very clean as was the truck I rented. I had beverage driven a truck that big, 26 footer, and was not aware of the sound the hydraulic brakes made when you pressed the pedal while the truck was not running. I called uhaul to find out what the noise was and HE personally called me back and explained the brakes were heavy duty and they will make that sound. That was very reassuring and after I returned the truck he also called to let me know that I had left something inside and he had it at the counter when I went after it! Great guy, great place! Definitely using thus place again.

I don't remember the gentleman's name that helped me but he was so awesome. He made renting a truck and buying supplies fun. The only thing I would say could use improvement is more space for returns. Based on service I would definitely recommend this place.

We waited for over an hour to get our truck because we selected to pick up with a person and the business didn't open until 9 and our reservation was for 7. After talking with customer service three times and having to download an app we finally got the key to the truck. I was not happy about this pick up at all!

You were wonderful from start to finish. However, I should have asked for a non-smoking truck. This was first uhaul rental I've had where there was a bad odor from heavy smoking in the cab.

It was a Wednesday late afternoon. The guy was incredibly helpful and thorough. A+

He was excellent in every way. He went well out of his way to make sure I was happy and taken care of.

I went to another location last week and rented a truck that wasn't available at this location and it was horrible customer service and they didn't even bother to send me a receipt!! I will never go back there. I liked this location so much I even rented a storage space. Great customer service! Friendly service! I'll take great customer service any day over closer location!!

The manager is the best one you got, I would put him up against any other, not lacking in any area, a joy to work with

Everything was great. Easy rental process. Was offered the rental insurance which I usually deny, but for once accepted. And luckily I did as I picked up a bolt on the road and it went thru the tread right on the sidewall. Soo always buy the insurance never know what can happen.

Clean and easy access a little better lighting could be useful since there are no lights in the storage unit just in the halls and don`t illuminate very well in the storage
