Very helpful staff. Helped me hookup and unhook when I returned the trailer. Very knowledgeable about the equipment and super friendly. Highly recommend.
ANDREW VStaff is always friendly and called me by name. Always made sure I was satisfied and had everything I needed. He even provided water while we were loading due to the heat. Service was always excellent and the property and trucks are always clean and well maintained.

Stan HNo, I booked a U-Haul and tailgate, I booked them both together. Two days before my move I received a call saying my reservations for both pieces of equipment was split. Which inconvenienced me because I was alone so I had to call for assistance with getting to these locations. Once I got to the location I was sent to to pick up the U-Haul truck, the location didn’t have it. So I had to drive thirty minutes to a different location in Owens cross roads. It was the absolute worse morning ever. The move was not smooth I needed a 10ft U-Haul but seems like all they had was 15ft U- hauls. Not a great experience. Booking needs to be better on U-Hauls end. Then had to hook my car on to the trailer myself the place we picked it up from pretty much just said you got it, do it yourself. I need a U-Haul center to hook up my car. Not some mom and pop storage facility. Awful this review is for the over all experience the Old Monrovia location in Huntsville!
Dylan RBeing that I’m in a wheel chair and there was no jack attached to the trailer I had to wait on assistance to hook it up. The attendant was super nice and helpful thankfully.

CORDARELL GThe manager was extremely helpful and went out of his way to meet our requests. However, the truck we expected to rent was not available, which turned out to be fine, because we were given a larger truck to use, which decreased our number of trips. The truck seemed to be older and was a little rattling.
ROBERT MArrived around 10:30 and the office was closed even though when I came in to make the reservation, I was told he would be opened until 1:00 pm. Had to call and was walked through a checkout procedure and eventually left with a trailer.

When my wife and I moved to the area they were most helpful, considerate, and professional of any the storage businesses in Meridianville and Hazel Green. They set me up with two easy access units that I really needed. Their on-site manager, Richard Austin is the friendliest, most professional, and helpful person you will encounter. If you need extra storage space, Storage Depot Of North Alabama is the ONLY place you should choose.
